I bought an fryer. I get home, unpack it, and there are no manuals whatsoever in the box. So I live chatted with Zeinab and within not even 5 min she had emailed me the pdf, and the correct one!!! That is what I call efficiency! Thanks again Zeinab, you made my day :)

I had placed an order to be shipped and delivered to my home in Toronto. A few issues had come up with the courier and I wasn't able to receive my package. I contacted customer service and Zeinab assisted me. She was patient, kind, and very attentive. She went above and beyond and even called me after our initial chat and provided an update on the situation. I would give 5 stars alone for the customer service I received from her.

Had two major problem and they took care of it perfectly thank you

Cette fois, j'ai dû communiquer avec le service à la clientèle à cause d'une promotion qui s'était enlevée après mon paiement. Aucun moyen de rejoindre quelqu'un en personne, mais j'ai obtenu mon remboursement 2 jours seulement après leur avoir écris par courriel. N'hésitez pas à encourager cette compagnie canadienne.
