Friendly, for the most part bi- lingual staff. Staff are professional, helpful and friendly. Nice to walk in and pet their beautiful cat and dog. I'm a regular customer, with 4 cats, I need alot of cat litter. Best deal here!

I love going to this store and so does my dog! The staff there have all been very helpful. The selection of food, toys, treats, and is mind blowing. In addition to that I had my puppyDaisy’s nails cut yesterday. Stephane was very good with her and it went really well. Daisy and I will be regular visitors I think!

The gentlemen that are usually there are great. Always helpful and carry out to my car anything that is heavy. (Usually 8 big bags of cat litter) My only complaint is I sometimes get a women and she is not friendly. She makes me feel that she is being put out. Not helpful and complains when she has to carry out to my car. (I would if I could I am a senior)
I highly recommend shopping there.

This is by far my favorite pet store. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The store mascot, a gorgeous boxer everybody calls zouzou, greets you with a wagging tale and boxer kisses. They have a great selection of products and reasonable prices. If you need anything they dont have they are willing to get it in if they can.

The inventory and selection is outstanding. Very nice longtime staff.
