We have a welsh terrier, white schnauzer and mini poodle, they are all 14+ years old and have been taken care by Dre. Lebeau and Dr. Gagnon’s teams for their entire lives. Our pups have been to emergency rooms a couple of times in Lachine, and the emergency vets in Lachine are all very amazed by the thorough medical documentation and exam files that our vets provided. Hôpital Vétérinaire de l’île Perrot is a highly professional and caring vet clinic, the professionalism is from the entire team including the vets, technicians, receptionists, as well as all the newest and best facilities. We recommend them highly from the bottom of our hearts.

Amazing customer service and personalized compassionate care. We have brought our dogs here and we are always impressed with how thorough the technicians and vets are when evaluating our dogs.

The treatment or testing options are always outlined in great detail but we are never pushed or pressured to choose one thing in particular.

We had to go through the very difficult task of dog euthanasia of our best friend Sherlock and we must say that we were treated with such compassion, care and professionalism before, during and after the process.

I have my dog and my rabbit at this veterinary clinic and I am very satisfied with the care my animals receive here! No matter the situation, the staff are always doing their best to accommodate, reassure and support my animals and I! I have been in several situations where my animals required immediate medical attention and these lovely people did their best to fit me in! I am beyond grateful for this clinic and its staff. They are honest and reliable. Choose them for your fur babies!

Dr. Gagnon and his team were wonderful during a recent emergency with my 2-year old cat. From the people at the front desk to the vet techs, every single person was so kind and empathetic towards us. I really appreciated their care and am now switching over to have them as my regular vet.

Wonderful vet. Came here as an emergency as my little chihuahua was having trouble breathing. They took him in right away and examined him and put him on oxygen. Vet saw him and explained everything needed including tests etc. Very caring and professional staff and vet. Mr.Gagnon was amazing and even stayed late to take care of my little guy. Would highly recommend.

For more than 12 years my dogs have received excellent medical care from the team at Hôpital Veterinaire de l’lle Perrot.
I can not speak highly enough about the veterinarians, technicians and all of the staff.
They have saved the lives of my pups multiple times, which says it all.

I never write reviews although I should. But this business is worthy of celebration.

I have a cat, which has a twin brother as well. He has very serious issues, was thinking of euthanasia because of his suffering. Already spend thousands with other vets. Single dad, three boys, limited budget.

They went above and beyond. Not only did they limit their fees to prescribed drugs that were meaningful, but the continuous follow-up, by many people, was tremendous.

We are now able to manage his ailments with their recommendations for diet and meds.

He is doing great! His twin is happy he is still around. My boys are happy to have a family member, maker of precious childhood memories. I am super happy because pets are pivotal to a happy household.

And I, personally, a big empathetic guy that believes that harmony is family, could not be happier.

The staff at this vet clinic are incredibly kind and so patient!
All the receptionists are so welcoming but there is one in particular, I believe her name is Lorie, that is just amazing.
In regards to Dr. Gagnon and the techs, the patience and kindness shown to me when I was quite visibly nervous about my puppy’s surgery, was incredible.
The prices may be a little higher than some other places, but I do also find their technology to be more modern than other clinics.

The staff is excellent. The receptionists, technicians and veterinarians provide professional and caring services.

To make a long story short, for the last 2 yrs our 16 yr old Persian has been suffering from growing ulcers in his eyes that we were told to expect to be permanent due to his age.

We've only recently moved to Ile Perrot and had to find a new vet. After a first meeting with Dr. Foisy she explained every step she planned to take, what the individual test costs would be, and what was her reasoning for wanting each test. She also set my expectations by giving me an estimated time it would take to possibly see improvements. After a few weeks of treatment, the ulcers have almost completely disappeared. Dr. Foisy's knowledge has been a complete 180 from our previous vet, and she has given back a quality of life to our cat that we did not even think was possible.

Additionally the technician Vanessa, and the receptionists are absolutely wonderful and polite. I will definitely bring my cats here, knowing with confidence that the staff here are knowledgeable and caring.

The staff are amazing. The veterinarian doctors are exceptional..... I have 2 cats; one with chronic illness and a rescue; both get the best care from this place. Shoutout to the whole team that have great people skills even though they work with animals. lol

Cannot say enough good things about this clinic. After trying for 3 days to find a vet to treat my guinea pig, they took her in and went above and beyond, to care for our pet. Dr. Foisy stayed with her until 10:30 at night, trying to save her. I am forever grateful for the love and attention that the team gave to our pet. Thank you

We have been taking our pups to Hôpital Vétérinaire De L'Île-Perrot for the last 5+ years, and they are the best vets we have ever had treating our pups. The staff have always been professional, courteous and an absolute joy.
I trust them with the health of my pups, and I could not recommend them high enough.

I am very protective of all my dogs, and this is the clinic that I trust with my dogs health. They always go that step further to ensure that my puppies receive the best treatment.

Very friendly staff, good service, kind and gentle with my pet. It was my first time at a vet in a long time and I was a bit nervous bringing my cat in, but I was assured immediately when I saw how caring that everyone was. They phoned me the next day to ask how my cat was doing, which really reassured me.
