This gym has flaws: it's a small space with lots of equipment, some of the facilities and machine are a tad neglected (most electronic lockers don't work, some machines remain out of service for extended periods of time). It's an ok value though for a year membership and I would have given it 3 or 4 stars...that is, up until this week.

I noticed coming into the gym today that there were new ifit-enabled treadmills and exercise bikes. These machines are fantastic and mustve cost the owner a pretty penny. Great upgrade to the gym and mainly writing this to show that the investment is appreciated. It shows the owner is committed to improving his facilities.

I think it’s a good gym. for me the staff is super nice Angelo for example always has gone above and beyond to help me with equipment if it was hard to set up. Most of the people there are just there focusing on fitness so it’s a good energy. Of course I personally think the change room showers could be leveled up but I’m picky. Hopefully in the future they can extend the gym and make the change rooms a bit more fancy.
Also it’s fine that the exercise classes aren’t included but I think it’s a bit of a waste of space to have that huge training gym not used half the time. If it were me I would have made that space smaller and the change rooms bigger.

Also, trainers are professionals and create super work out plans to meet individual fitness goals.

***LET ME add since my last review about a year ago. Well, the PRESTIGE FITNESS CENTER only got better. Always super clean and STAFF are the friendliest and helpful as usual. The owner, well, what can I say ... except that she is constantly improving and updating "our" workout center while maintaining professional values in order to keep both staff and clients satisfied. Good job!
Further, a word about LELLO. He is my personal trainer or my MUSE if I can say so. He constantly encourages and motivates me to reach for the sky. Lello's professionalism and years of experience have definitely proven to be beneficial for both my Body & Mind. His detailed defined personal firness program designed just for me has definitely paved the road to my well-being. I've Literally been transformed. Thank you Lello keep up the good work👍

It might a little early for me to write reviews (I’ve been going there for 2 weeks now), however so far I had a good experience, especially if you take into consideration that it is a very affordable gym. If you are looking for classic gym functions (weights, machines, and cardio machines), You don’t need more than that. Bathrooms and lockers are always clean, and a lovely cherry on top is that there are plenty of parking spots around the gym.
My favourite part are PTs who are very diligent and knowledgeable. Perfect experience so far.

Staff is very friendly and professional. Great atmosphere, and great amenities. The price is extremely fair, the place is always at the perfect temperature, the fountain water is good and all around very well maintained gym. I'm happy to have found prestige for my journey back to health.

I've been going to Prestige for the past few years now, and I have nothing except AMAZING things to say about it! Between the amazing and helpful staff, the functionality of the machines, and the ambiance of the environment, I'm always looking forward to hitting my next workout and then relaxing in their sauna after. Clean, very well equipped, super-friendly staff and cool clientele. It's currently being renovated, but it's now done slowly in sections so as not to be a bother at all, and the owners really take care of giving us a great workout environment. Raised my rating from 4 to 5 stars. The new look is awesome, so if they keep going like this, they'll end up the top fitness center in the area.

Awesome place to train. The owner takes pride in his gym and it shows. The staff is amazing and there to help. State of the art equipment. Kind of a family vibe. Truly to best place to train in Montreal hands down.

Very clean, very polite staff, very polite and friendly members. In all honesty this gym is one of the best. The equipment is uptodate and not broken or torn. Locker room is kept clean and tidy. Great gym for anyone looking to get into shape or get into serious training.
