I never write reviews, but if my personal experience is above and beyond; I feel compelled to share. We had a small flood in our washroom - backed up toilet. When all else failed, we called a restoration company, since the water had gone through the floors and obviously wasn't a simple plunger and mop situation. Here enters the dreaded insurance company; simple horror stories kept us awake at night worried of the ensuing conflict due to us. WAS I EVER WRONG! Claims Pro had assigned an incredible, highly empathetic individual who respected our time, livelihood and patience. Flora Yu, had taken time from her evenings and weekends, not only to drive to our home and inspect the damage, but constantly calling to communicate progress and plans. Her knowledge of construction, and assertive professionalism kept our confidence, even after we lost faith in the restoration company. Without getting into further details, I just want some recognition to be awarded, and to remember that not every story you hear is true; that there are still some great people out there trying to help. Flora, you have made this crappy situation tolerable, and Claims Pro, well done! And Aviva and HUB international, you will continue to earn our business, it may be small, but I will spread the word.

Adjuster Chris is a bad guy to deal with . Please do your self a favour do not use this company . They will charge you monthly premium but if anything happens they will never fix it or pay for it . Biggest scammers .

Whoever thought Erin was great must either be drunk or useless at judging service !!! I had a fire in my building and she dealt with my claim and put me up at furnished place for $ 7000 for 1 month when I could have had 2 months at a hotel....She is very SLOW at responding back (especially email) and does not have the courtesy to deliver all the information given to her...I am still waiting since October 2018 (March 2019 now) to be reimbursed for missing items whose report I still have to see !!!

Probably the most incompetent claims adjuster(s) in the industry when it comes to understanding and dealing with construction related issues. Our adjuster took over 4 months to even review the issues and had to be prodded many times to stay at task.

Do not hesitate to get a contract lawyer immediately to review the insurance policy, will save you tons of time and money. ClaimsPro somehow mistakenly forgot my family was entitled to thousands of dollars in additional coverage for an incident they were directly hired to provide coverage on. Terrible company with terrible service.
