I love this store. Always end up making friends with the folks at the closest store to whatever home i'm at, but they laugh at my jokes. Which is awesommmme

And there's a prett health variety of selection! Which is good. Even though I always order the same thing.

I like my alcohol with a side of forever happy girl saying hi 2x every time i go in. Handsome french guy and irish eye candy are very knowledgeable. Tall well dressed guy and pink highlights beauty are good leaders. Do not know if either or is a part of management, but they are great at helping the other staff and customers.

The actor guy and the always happy asian gal has very good customer service skills. I have seen some shady men making weird comments to her and the other super friendly and helpful white gal. I hope they are both alright at work. I think I saw an Irish guy that works there look out for the girls who i mentioned above. It's very nice to see people looking out for each other at work. It always makes me happy to see that super happy girl. The actor guy, the irish guy and the girl with the highlights are always helpful. The tall guy who seems like someone from management sure runs a tight ship. i wish there were more chances to sample alcohol.

Everyone here has the right personality for customer service. Just 1 silly man seems to have an ego issue. He seems to like controlling instead of working. When you don't have the skills, let someone else drive. I wish your staff the best of luck for working under such a bad driver.

Did they get a new general manager? I saw someone this Sunday and Tuesday that said he had six years of liquor store experience and that he was new. He looks and sounds more competent than the other GM. I never see the original GM work on weekends or night shifts. He always works the mid shifts and isn't around when i need to see management. Some things are not under the supervisor's control, so it was always a nuisance when I needed help at night or on the weekend. Congratulations Marine Gateway Liquor Store for finally hiring someone to replace the good looking long haired manager that left.

They need people who don't dance instead of work, stare out the window instead of working, and people who don't hide from the cash register. When they work, they work hard, but management seems to encourage slacking.

Marine Gateway helped our family with a large order for an event. They had everything ready for us and even loaded Into our car. Ask for Caden And Tim for knowledgeable and friendly service.

Good selection overall. It's one of the few liquor stores in the area that carries Boxer beer, which pairs great with the popcorn at the theatre above. One time they had bottles of wine on blowout for $2 a bottle. After that sale I had to quit drinking and write a formal apology to most of my friends and family for my actions.

Love this liquor store. Always has a great variety of new and unique beers, an amazing selection of wines and lots of other new goodies. The only thing I dislike is that they have an option to tip at the machine which I think is a bit crass.

Great prices. Below other beer and wine stores. Also they have a rewards program where you get 1 point per dollar spent, points add up to a 25 dollar gift card to Dublins Crossing Irish restaurant next door.

Very helpful staff. Handy for Skytrain users. Much of their inventory is in the coolers. There are various other stores and businesses very close, so it is a convenient place to get a bunch of shopping and errands done quickly.

Staff is always helpful! Plus they're dog friendly and have a point system that gives gift cards to the pub next door when you get enough points! #winwin

I just moved to BC, and thought all liquor stores are operated by BC. Surprisingly this is a privately owned store, and they carry a decent variety. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
