The team at Color de Vino is always friendly and knowledgeable. I've never had a poor experience here, and their suggestions are always on point! I love being able to support a locally owned and operated business, and Color de Vino truly puts a lot of heart and soul into what they do. The cozy space makes me feel like I'm in a European boutique, and the great selection always has me finding something new to try!

Wow, I am so impressed with this company. They have such a large variety of wines, many different filters in their search engine to find the perfect wine, and they delivered next day (between Christmas and New Year's Eve, nonetheless!). I will definitely be a loyal customer. Not having to drive to the store (which is across town) is a huge bonus, as there aren't many nice wine stores in North Edmonton. 5/5!

The beer fridge is not huge, but it has a WIDE range of options from lagers to Lambic and everything in between.

I’ve been frequenting this hidden gem since a local cooking class recommended them several years ago. I am a huge fan of this local business: the staff are incredibly knowledgeable, recommendations are always on point, prices are very reasonable, and I am so appreciative that anytime I’ve requested a particular wine or local craft drink ordered in, these fine folks have done so very quickly. I highly recommend shopping here for all the reasons above, and just generally, because having a place that can hit it out of the park when it comes to a drink to compliment a good dinner party, family gathering, or even casual get together, is like having a big of a superpower.

I love this place! I never know what wine I'm looking for but the staff are always eager to help with suggestions based off of what event I have or what I'm cooking for dinner. The wines have always been 100%.

What an excellent shop! I’m London, UK, based and was super impressed with the range of euro and North American wine alike. Was helped by three different staff who were all super nice and enjoyed all the recommendations from the pet nats to more classic Pinots

What can I say...fantastic atmosphere with an amazing staff!! This us a small family wine boutique and of course an amazing cold beer selection! You will get great advice on wines in your price range and no snooty clerks staring down there nose. If you love wine and want to learn more they are place to visit. Good doesn't mean expensive. Expand your palate and knowledge with the many wine tasting they host.

Fabulous family-owned boutique wine & liquor store. Always an excellent experience, good recommendations from a suite of knowledgeable and progressive staff, and a wonderful community/neighbourhood store for the Mill Creek area. The open houses, Saturday tastings, and other wine/whiskey tastings throughout the year always bring us new favourite wines and are a great learning opportunity. I have yet to have a bad recommendation from here!

The best wine store here in Edmonton. They are knowledgeable, engaging, welcoming and not pretentious. They have very good prices as well.

Often they will have something interesting open for you to taste and experience.

Support a locally owned small business that has a great selection of wine, beer and liquor.

Their wine selection is really exceptional and they are really offering something unique.

The folks here are great, and clearly are passionate about wine (in particular) and beer/spirits (in general). For such a small shop they have an outstanding and unpredictable selection of most spirits, tons of wine of all types, and a pretty well-stocked beer section. They frequently get in unusual brews from leading Canadian, American, and European breweries and I've found many of their prices to be lower than other, larger shops for basic products.

Their whisky selection is pretty good, and they have ones that you don't typically find at chain stores (Edradour for instance), as well as whiskies from places like France, Italy, and Japan, not to mention a decent selection of bourbons and Canadian whisky as well.

This is my neighbourhood liquor store and I love going here, strongly recommend to anyone in the area.

Great selection and awesome staff

This little shop is well worth visiting. I went in yesterday to find help for as my partner and I have complete opposite tastes in wine. I explained to staff that we like entirely different wines and they were able to offer one that we could compromise on. The prices vary and can meet all types of budgets. They have several ciders I have not seen before and I will definitely visit again.

The BEST wine shop in Edmonton!

(although I'm tempted to take off a star because their space is very cozy and makes me a little nervous I'm going to knock over a whole shelf of wine bottles every time I'm in there).

While it's fun to browse on my own, the typical shopping experience for me here is to ask the staff what they're drinking, or describe what I like and have them pick out a few options for me. They are SUPER knowledgeable, friendly, and straightforward (i.e. will tell you if they really think you'll like that wine or not). Never had a bad recommendation, they're always on point.

Plus, if you stop by on a Friday they usually have free tastings while you shop! Also have a great beer cooler and selection of spirits, some of which we haven't seen anywhere else around Edmonton.
