Amazing place! Such a wonderful westcoast feel. There are bathrooms and there's lots of parking. So cool at low tide --- great for skim boarding.

My favourite beach in the Victoria area. Quiet, gorgeous views, as it’s a lagoon the water isn’t as salty due to the mixing with fresh water and also as it is shallow, the water is much warmer here than at many other beaches. The shoreline is rocky but once you walk into the water about a metre it is all soft sand with only the occasional rock or shell. Great for paddleboarding as well as swimming.

Great wooden structures. Some are so clever and many are waiting to see which birds will arrive next.

Beyond beautiful. Fun hiking. Little Rock climbs. I wish I brought better footwear! It was quiet and there were tons of little semi private nooks with sand where you could park a few towels to sun bathe and enjoy the waves. The sounds of the water moving was serene. It smells beautiful here. The plant life was so nostalgic. Such a beautiful contrast of manicured meets raw nature. Loved.loved.loved. Will definitely be back🥰

Absolutely love this place! Beautiful hike down to the beach, and lovely shallows to wade in. Tiny fish swim by your feet. There is also a nude beach too, although the hike there is slightly challenging, but the view there is beautiful and peaceful.

Tons of wild berries to pick as you enjoy a short ~15 minute hike to the waterfront. Low tide offers a great experience for kids and adults alike to explore the pools filled with aquatic life. Highly recommend!

Tower Point. This is a magical place. Along the trail, your surroundings change every few minutes. There is an abundance of wildlife, a perfect little beach (which is only accessible by a short, but steep climb down,) and a wide open area with picnic tables and a WC. Dogs encouraged, but please clean up after them. Late summer, bring a container for collecting blackberries.

A real local treasure. Rarely crowded, with lots of room to enjoy sunning, wading, or skim-boarding. The hike in is well-maintained with some impressive stretches of woodland, overgrown orchards, and plenty of seabirds for birdwatchers. Historically interesting considering the former farm operations, and the centuries of First Nation's traditional harvesting.

Great place to spend an afternoon. Check the tide tables, a low tide triples your fun.

The Tower Point section of the park is by the water. There are great views and there is always a small pocket beach accessible. When the tide is out the beach is very extensive and sandy, you can walk over to the other part of the park. A great Park place for dogs.

Fabulous location for a casual walk with your pooch, bring fresh water and pace yourself, puppies get thirsty and salt water doesnt work. Gorgeous place for a stroll through the forest and an adventure on the expansive sandy beach

Great beach when the tide is low :) there's way more beach than there is parking, so the lot might seem busy but you won't feel crowded out there.
