McDonald's

I brought my kids in yesterday for a quick bite to eat, I found this (see picture) in my sons 4 piece chicken nugget box. He immediately started crying but a nice woman named kadain came over and gave him a free ice cream and a happy meal toy. Me and my kids mother recently divorced and this has been a really tough time for them but thanks to the quick thinking of one of your employees all was well again! Good job McDonald’s, what started off as a bad thing turned into me and my family walking out with smiles on our faces, will definitely be back!

I love this place so much. The service was amazing. I asked for 1 individual fry, and the y gave me 3!!!

Vin is a great guy at MacDonald's. Great service, very friendly with all the customers. It is a pleasure visiting MacDonald's in Bonnyville.

The young workers seem prejudiced and made me wait long for .my order tonight, even after the number disappeared on screens which means that your order is done. I asked where is .y order the young lady said she didn't know anything about it?I'm veryy disappointed!!! The customers monies is their paycheck, I'm sure?

Came into this location (Bonnyville, AB) with ZERO notice and about 60 hungry individuals. They had us in and out quickly and efficiently and with NO order errors. Good Job!

Was through early this week and wanted a burger for lunch. They weren't serving burgers yet...

Castle was manning the till. He made sure I got my burger, hot and fresh. Not only that, but he made me laugh.

Staff is amazing, just got my food and they were pretty quick, love the place, everyone is so nice!

The staff are always friendly, helpful and polite. If I have any questions and the person can't answer they will ask the manager for help.

Mess up sometimes but the people are kind and always willing to take feedback and apply it

The staff are all lovely and my coffee is always perfect.

Guy running the counter was an older gentleman and very professional. Made me forget I was at a burger joint and had me believing I somehow stepped into a 5 star eatery. Wow , just saying .
