Wow! I had such a good experience at this clinic. The front desk put me in, Im not a patient of this clinic but I had a bad infection. Dr. Abraham is amazing Im so greatful for their kindness and help. Thank you I am doing much better.

Dr. Philip is such a wonderful person. I am so grateful to have been given the opportunity to become one of his patients as well as my son. The reception staff are the icing on the cake! they are all so amazing and they are very personable and professional. I've seen Dr. Patrick Yu since returning to the Lower Mainland 10 years ago. I think I am very fortunate to have such a good doctor. He takes the time to listen to me and explain things to me. He is very thorough and understanding as well as being very nice. The reception staff have also been very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend going to Dr. Yu to anyone who wants a doctor with a good bedside manner combined with professional expertise.

I've always had a great experience with the staff and doctors at this clinic. I never feel rushed out, my concerns are always looked at and I get answers. Our family doctor moved here from another clinic and we followed and are extremely happy.

I have always had really good care at Brickyard with all the doctors. This week I took my young son in and was so impressed by Dr. Khan. He was so thorough and caring and he even called me at home after hours to discuss test results. What a great doctor!!

Dr. Philip is my family doctor and I must say he is one of the best doctor. Listens carefully to all your concerns and patiently answers you. His wife Dr. Nisha Abrahim is very gentle and polite. I had all my prenatal visits with her.

Staff at this clinic were not only helpful, but polite and friendly. Especially the blonde lady Patty. I'm disappointed someone would post a hateful lie calling her a racist. My fiance and I have always been treated with respect by all the staff at the clinic.

I have attended the clinic for the past 3 years and have been totally pleased with the service. Doctors are very caring and professional. The walk-in services are good but you have to line-up outside at 7:15 AM to get in when the doors open at 8:00 AM.

Dr. Yu, associated physicians, and staff have been serving my family for years. We have received excellent care - the staff is professional and friendly. We feel very blessed to have such superb care.

The girls at the front are always pleasant, and smiling. The doctors know their stuff! I wouldn't go to any other clinic. They diagnosed my health issues, and make sure I have enough medications so I'm not forced to go to the clinic every 2wks to get refills.

Have always been treated much better at this clinic than the others in same area ...always helpful and friendly, especially the blonde lady who has the most infectious smile!! Have no hesitation to recommend this clinic to anyone! Thank you Brickyard for taking care of me !!!

Personally, i’ve had nothing but great experiences here. The receptionists are very friendly, i’ve never has an issue in the slightest. Remember, how you treat others is how you’ll be treated.

In years past this clinic was hit and miss for me, sometimes receptionists were a little bit difficult honestly. Something has changed since then though because they are now a pleasure to deal with. The fact that you can call in for telehealth, get requisitions through email and schedule appointments when necessary has been a massive change for the positive for me.

Frankly, the old system of lining up at the crack of dawn then waiting all day, checking in person every couple hrs because noone could tell you on the phone how much longer it might be, that system is basically how my old country worked under communist rule, it was atrocious and I'm delighted to see it gone. Thank you Brickyard Medical for making these improvements, your patients greatly appreciate it.

The front staff is great... very pleasant personalities. ... the lady doctor on the other hand I have to agree with most is awful.... 2 times she prescribed me medication that I didn't need.... I know this as I didn't bother taking the meds and was fine.... went back again for the same issue a month later amd she said oh look well the meds cleared it up the first time I will give it to u again... I didn't bother wasting my time telling her I never took it... I was finally able to get into my family doctors and he even he said I Def didn't need the meds.... I will not go to this clinic when she is on duty... I feel sorry for those who do
