Walmart Supercentre

Today I purchased a patio set and was helped by Kim H. - department manager - who was absolutely wonderful ! She checked the availability yesterday for me, and was present today to assist me. She arranged for 2 young men - Aiden + Gavin - to lift and load the enormous boxes into my truck. These 2 young men were so helpful and extremely polite !
My experience with all three of these wonderful staff members was exceptional.

Huge thanks to Joe who helped us today find our new patio set!! He took the time to hunt down the one we wanted, get it from outside in the cold, and had everything ready at the cash for us for an easy purchase. It sounds simple but he provided exceptional customer service which can be a rarity nowadays. We appreciate it greatly! Thank you Joe!

The produce at Walmart - Smiths Falls is good and reasonably priced. Their fresh team works extremely hard to deliver only the freshest products and everyone is friendly, helpful and courteous.
Some of the fruits, I bought from this store and would absolutely suggest others to try are:
Cara Cara oranges - Extremely sweet and juicy... was a great addition to my smoothie
Golden Kiwi - sweet and delicate taste
Cotton Candy grapes - the sweet flavor can be compared to cotton candy
Last but not least if you happen to love spring rolls, you should try the chicken spring rolls sold in their deli department. They are the best!!!

I made an online purchase on Walmart.ca in November for a Christmas present. When it was opened at Christmas, it did not work. The manufacturer refused to accept a return because I had had it more than 30 days.
Thankfully, Sarah at the Smiths Falls Walmart location was able to process my return and refund.
During these frustrating times, it is such a breath of fresh air to find an employee who cares, and goes above and beyond of what is expected.

One stop shop. Has everything you always need. Always good prices. Easy to get to. Line to pay gets long but it goes quick with self checkout and cashiers. Staff seems friendly

I needed fresh vegetables to make a salad and headed for the produce area of my local Wal-Mart.As usual there was a good selection of fresh produce available. Staff are always willing to help me locate any items that I cannot locate. The cashiers are always quick to tell me to leave awkward items in the buggy and come around with a portable scanner. Thank you for saving my back.

Excellent Walmart! Always well maintaned and always a cart ready at the door for you. Self Checkouts are a perfect way to get through the cash fast and always a friendly person there to assist if needed. I am there almost daily as it has all your needs in a small town like Smiths Falls.

Happened to stop by Smith Falls’ Walmart to get the week’s groceries on our way to Ottawa from Toronto. A nice thing happened. Just when my wife and I lined-up to pay, I inquired about getting some windshield anti-freeze and asked one of the clerks where these would be. Politely she said she could get it for me. Just in time; when about to check-out, she rushed towards us and handed them. They were on sale as I requested. She went over and beyond her duty for this lovely customer service. Thanks again!

Store staff friendly most of the time. Parking lot always scary to drive in. People do not respect the handicap parking spots. Just park wherever they want to. I prefer White Rock Store to this location. Customer's are rude and bang into you often. Never say excuse me or sorry. Try to avoid this location

Got my oil changed today. Customer service was amazing. They went out of their way to do a full inspection of my car and didn't recommend unnecessary stuff. Overall very honest and friendly mechanics.

Great ethnic collection of various countries like India, China, Korea and many more. Had a warm welcome from Mr. Ada, a Assistant Manager. Very neat and organized store on a second floor. This store has a special track for the shopping carts which saves a lots of men power.

Very pleasant... was surprised by the greeting at the door by security.. she was so pleasant, I honestly thought i was about to be followed...(bad experience with 1 security guard) .but she just waved me on and did the same to the next customer...

Big in size. Has fresh produce. Their staff at the automotive section are great. Good customer service in that department. I always go there for oil change.

This Walmart is one of the better locations. There produce could use some upgrades. Store is always well stocked.The staff is always friendly and always curious.

Store is clean and well spaced. I was looking for an item and staff was very helpful in finding what I needed.

Angela was amazing and helped me find something that’s been out of stock forever. She is super friendly and helpful definitely made it a great experience

I shop there pretty much every day. Lots to buy my last trip I went for bread it cost me 134.00 as if I could only get bread 😆

My experience with this Walmart has been positive. Relatively short lines, decently stocked shelves and the one time I had to return something I was treated really well.
