Book everything back in August 2023 after a few delays of weather generator finally got installed in November 2023. Install was done with professionalism, and all was connected to my electrical panel. Once my natural gaz line was connect a few days later, booked my own plumber, the tech came back to test everything and connected it to my wifi. He went through all the bells and whistles of the generator. There was a warning that the battery was not charging properly, tech came back a few days later and fixed the issue. Fast forward to February 26th 2024, tech passed by to inspect the generator did some tests to make sure everything was running fine, excellent service in my opinion.

The customer service was exceptional. Their support team responded promptly and professionally to every question i had. Overall, my experience with the technician Jeremy Levesque was outstanding, very professional and polite. I recommend this company!

After looking around for for a Complete Home backup Generator I fell upon Equilube who was refereed to me by Generac. Mr, Gautier came and visited me and we reviewed what I was looking for and he suggest a 22 KW for my entire house. The system was a White Glove service from electrical and installation and hookup, I couldn't ask for anything better. The unit did take a bit of time to get here but it wasn't the fault of Equilube as the unit I ordered was on back order. Once the units got in stick the installation was done and I must say was EXCELLENT. The installation was superb and the startup was even better. Bryan the startup person though me alot and was very interesting. I must say I am very happy about the service provide and I'm super happy I will have power when my area loses power now!! thanks Equilube for the setup and thanks to Generac for the amazing generator.

I placed a call to Equilube after seeing a red warning light flashing on my generator. Because I am in a remote location, they explained it may be awhile before someone is able to come to my area.
I am a recent widow and my husband always took care and maintained just about everything around the home. After a sleepless night of worry, wondering if it would break down or become a costly repair, I was so happy to see an Equilube employee at my front door the very next morning! This lovely young man was sensitive to my situation, took care of the problem right away and even cleaned up an oil mess inside the machine.

Excellent price, $4000 lower than competition plus they upgraded me to a bigger generator for free! Their service is excellent and they are trustworthy and reliable. I have a 22,000 kW system at my house in Hawkesbury and it works beautifully. Today there was a small problem with the transfer switch bringing power back on in -35 weather and they came and fixed it in less than one hour from my call to their emergency number! Their emergency service is A1.
