Troy did exactly what he said he would do for the estimated price. Plus a few extras such as removing a mouse nest. He was professional, on time and reasonably priced. We drive about an hour each way to have him service our vehicle because we trust him. What more can we say. Good old fashion service, fair price, knowledgable, he takes the time to explain everything, answer questions and make maintenance recommendations.

Another great experience, took my car in for major service, timing belt, brakes, tune up and front end work. Everything was done on time and under the estimate. Best of all it runs great, smooth, quiet and improved gas millage.

Troy is a very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and trustworthy man. I just bought a smart car. I personally have limited mechanical knowledge on them. But I have much knowledge on many Japanese manufacturers. So I feel very limited when it comes to smart fortwo cars. But my first visit with Troy was very, to say the least informative and very helpful . If you're mechanical inclined as myself he will help you get the job done with guidance. Or if its out of your abilities he will fix your problems for a reasonable price.

Attending heavy equipment school in morrisburg 5 hours from home with thermostat (check engine light) malfunction l. Was referred to Troy by dr.morrow at Morrisburg Chiropractic. Left a voice mail received a text the next morning super friendly knowledgeable was able to drop the car off after hours got a text the following day with diagnosis estimated time for repairs (same day) arranged to pick the car up after class (less then 24 hours of dropping it off. Troy even invited me to text him or something came through up it seems off at any point.

Troy is a fantastic trustworthy mechanic who will go the extra mile and ensures you get all the necessary information to make the right decision for your needs and budget. He's been like a lifeline and "phone a friend" when I've found myself stranded in my non-starting car in the city. He's always straight with information and will let you know what can and can't wait to be fixed. The previous places I went too made me feel like I was being taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge with cars. Never have I returned anywhere else with my car since I started using his services.

Had an 8:30am appointment. Took me at 8:30, completed all the required service to my 2015 Audi A4, answered all my questions and on my way home by 9:00 am. Very good,hospitable and knowledgeable service!

Took my 2006 Audi A4 in for an alignment, car had been lowered by myself and had adjustable upper control arms installed, as a result my tires had premature wear. Finding a shop that can do a good alignment on lowered cars can be a challenge. This was not an issue for Troy and the car had an excellent wheel alignment done as well as a tire change, the price was very fair and was exactly as discussed before hand no surprises.

Troy is very thorough and definitely knows his stuff. He won't BS you.
