Brought my 26 foot Hino straight truck in this morning. Service was fantastic, Greg had the truck pulled into the bay right away. Oil change and regular service was completed in a timely manner. Greg and Alexa provided me with a quote on a transmission flush and she was super friendly and great to deal with! If I decide to go ahead with the flush, I will be coming to beans to get it done 👍

We bought a new Equinox from Bean and picked it up in October - We dealt with Jami-Lea who was fantastic through the buying process and delivery.

Just today, I had my first oil change and dealt with Sophie who was amazing too. She was informative and explained the quick service process and mileage intervals for my vehicle.

I purchased a 2020 Ford ranger lariat. Very happy with the truck Mackenzie Kennedy was very knowledgable . I recommend her very much very highly skilled in what she does. Presentation of vehicle was not satisfactory at the beginning as the inside wasn’t the best but on December 28 they rescheduled my vehicle and redid it top the bottom. Even polishing the outside and buffing truck looks immaculate great dealership great experience keeping our business local Bean Chevrolet is recommended 4 to 5 stars excellent people

What a great experience at Bean Chevrolet Buick GMC. The parts department, namely Rojan was very courteous, helpful and thorough in finding me a backordered switch for my GMC Canyon. I have to say that I was in Carleton Place visiting a client. I heard an ad on the radio about in-house leasing, and I said well I’ll stop in and I’ll see what it’s about the moment I walked through the door I was greeted my hand was shaking. I was offered coffee. I was asked what I needed help with. We talked about the fact I’m a small company. I taken a lot of debt on and guaranteed a lot of debt because we’re growing the business And they were still interested in my business. They were still interested in offering me an in-house lease and they hooked us up with. I wanted to Chevy Silverado but they hooked us up with a Ford F250 2021 lariat with a plough and Salter they exceeded my needs the went way past my expectations , they were friendly they made it truly feel like a family environment. They didn’t judge my credit they didn’t judge me. They understood that we need to take debt and buy trucks and equipment in order to make money and expand the business. I am so happy to be a customer and over the next couple years I will work with bean family and we will switch over our entire fleet two Chevy or GMC. We are officially part of the family. My sales rep. She’s been selling these vehicles for five years she believes in the brand she believes in the family the sales manager what a hoot did the kind of people you could see yourself having a Saturday barbeque with the kind of people you could call at 10 o’clock on Friday night because you locked your keys in your car and somebody will figure out how to get you in And I thank them for giving me an opportunity and giving my company an opportunity

Couldn't ask for a better experience! Jamie-Lea and Kelsey were awesome, helped us choose our new Silverado High Country, and Kim was also an absolute pleasure to deal with in the finance department. Mackenzie is the best. She goes above and beyond, no questions asked. She was excellent when purchasing our used Acadia, never pressured us, knew exactly what we needed and why for our growing family. Since then, when it’s been in for service or oil changes she always makes a point of saying hi. Recently it was in for unexpected service , and she went above and beyond to get me a loaner so I wasn’t without a vehicle to get around (with my 4 kids). When I went back into pick up my vehicle, she helped me get everything switched back to my vehicle and even helped clean the mats , and clean up vomit 🤪🤪 I’d buy from her 100x over! Always a good experience with service as well, this past time wasn’t as great, but Mackenzie saved the day! And I’d still go to Beans service over anywhere else.

The customer service and knowledge here is five star. Travis the service manager will go out of his way to accommodate you and that includes antique car owners. His mechanic Clay knows cars that dont have computers in them and does a thorough excellent job. Travis gives old school customer service and thats refreshing.
