Sara and the team at enterprise are amazing ! They truly go above and beyond to accommodate for their customers! When any issue or questions arose Sara was quick to respond and solve it all! I cannot say how genuinely amazing this location and team are! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us through this entire ordeal ❤

Pick up and drop off was seamless at this location. I forgot my earbuds in the rental car and when I called, Cole the assistant manager had them held for me with our name attached. So appreciative - it saved our trip. Thanks Cole!

I had reserved a car a few days prior to when I needed it for my vacation. Everything went well on pick-up - friendly customer service and I was given a free upgrade! I've used Enterprise at different branches, and it is always a smooth experience.

The car was great but they pushed insurance on me that I found out later I absolutely did not need. It cost me $150

Unfortunately this was the company my auto body shop dealt with. I filled out all the paperwork and called with the information so that I could have a rental waiting for me first thing Monday morning in Perth. When I got to the auto body shop, there was no rental car for me. After repeated attempts to get an answer on the phone, we were told there was no reservation, both for me and a gentleman who was waiting for a pickup truck. Waited for an hour and a half before the rentals showed up. Mine was a Malibu (smaller than my car) that smelled of urine. As I drove away, I discovered there was no XM radio. The next day I had all kinds of XM radio. The next day it was gone again, for good. Later that day, the backup camera stopped working. I'm used to using a backup camera, and I like it, but I can still manage without it. Staff are not competent. Also, the doors did not unlock when car was put in park. Had to unlock manually.

All in all, a negative experience with Enterprise Rent a Car; not recommended at all.

Several calls I made were unanswered, and no opportunity to leave a message was available. In itself this sends a strong enough message to potential customers.

I went to the Enterprise to rent a car today at 11:30 nobody was there to help me. Not one person present to answer any questions. There buisness hours are 8am -5pm. Must not want money or business because I was ready and willing. everyone went to lunch 30 minutes early. I called both numbers that they had listed and I know the one number the guy never picked up. the second number relayed me to Carlton places dealership. Seriously very poor service, go to Hertz rent a car instead.

No one is answering calls at this location. Was on hold until for associate until phone ended on its own. Called back 45min later. Again no answer. Between 12pm- 1325 i called on a business day.
