On this visit I was seen by the dentist and I can’t say enough. Very kind, patient, thorough and explained everything before and during the process.

Everyone in the office is amazing. I had to bring my 5 month with me and the whole staff was outstanding. They held her and talked to her during my check up. When she started to cry the dentist went and got his phone, played soft music and turned the lights office until she fell asleep, where he was able to complete his work.

Received 2 reminder emails of upcoming appointment, about a week apart! Great for organizing schedules! Service was prompt! Right on time....no waiting!! Dental Hygenist, Tammy, warmly greeted me, gave her name and shook my hand. She provided small talk that was genuine and relaxed and set the atmosphere for the entire appointment. You could tell she really cared about her patient and her profession! She provided detail information on what she was doing and took extra care to ensure I was comfortable. The dentist came in at the end to review the service provided. She was very friendly and relaxed and took the time to ensure I was satisfied with the services provided. I hate going to the dentist but love Altima Dental Clinic!

the staff is friendly and courteous. the hygienist was very careful to do my teeth cleaning and went out of her way to do it pain free. Due to my fibromyalgia and sensitive gums and the hygienist was great because I left the dentist office pain free. Thank you

Always friendly and seem genuinely concerned for their patients. Did not rush through the appointment and even when the Dentist, himself, reviewed the Hygienists work, he was very thorough. Dental Hygienist provided lots of information on proper brushing and flossing to avoid damage to my teeth and gums. Although I hate going to the dentist, the Altima team make it an tolerable experience :)

I went to Altima Dental Centre yesterday for a cleaning . Jennifer is very nice and professionnal as always . She showed me the rest of the things I needed to know about my oral hygiène. I was so lucky today....emailed Brenda and Kim last night requesting a dental appointment for today. Phone rang at 8am and I had an appointment within the hour and to top it off with my favourite dentist Dr. Moustafa. They make you feel very special. What great service!

I cannot say enough great things about Altima Dental in Morrisburg.
As a huge dental chicken, Kim and Brenda always make me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Said Darwish takes her time and is very patient and gentle. Their dental hygienists are great too!
I love that Altima Dental does direct billing to my insurance company as well, makes payment very easy. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
