Dentistry @ Carleton Place

My recent visit to this dental clinic was truly commendable. From the moment I walked in, the staff exhibited a high level of professionalism and friendliness.

What stood out most was the staff's commitment to patient care. Not only were they knowledgeable and skilled in their work, but they also conveyed genuine concern for my oral health. Their proactive approach to preventive care was evident, and I left the clinic feeling confident in the quality of service I received. Overall, my experience at this dental clinic was positive, and I would confidently recommend it to others seeking dental services.

This week I made a call for an appointment to have a front tooth repaired. I got an appointment within the week. Dr. Arora was fabulous. So have my previous visits as well. The girls are the reception were also great. Even though I don't live close by any more, I will still continue to go there. Thank you Dentistry at Carleton Place.

My first appointment was nothing short of amazing. I had a very detailed examination with full report of issues or concerns. A plan was created and explained and appointment set up for next steps. Dr. Arora was very professional and friendly as was Gloria who worked with her through my exam. I then proceeded to have my cleaning with Danielle who was awesome and gentle and provided helpful hints for up keep. The appointment was finished off with the front desk with Agatha who was so pleasant and happy and just made me feel like this has been one of the best dental appointment I have ever had. I actually left the appointment with a huge smile on my face. Never had such a great experience at a dentist before.

I had a great experience! It was a last minute appointment and my daughter was present with me; the staff was amazing. They were kind, compassionate, and patient. They went out of their way to keep my daughter entertained during my appointment! I highly recommend them!

For anyone that is nervous going to the dentist, please call Dentistry @ Carleton Place, you’ll be glad you did! I love this place! I’d give 10 stars if it were possible!
Being new to the area I got a referral from the Carleton Place FB group.
From the moment I walked in to the office all the staff were very professional and friendly. Then I met Dr Arora … what a lovely, kind, thoughtful and reassuring dentist, she put me at ease right away and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. From the instant X-rays to the hi tech photos of my teeth they have all the latest technology, it was a thorough, seamless and fast consultation!
My past experiences at the Dentist hadn’t been great, I’m a chicken and opted for SEDATION for my treatment. The whole team took such good care of me that day, from start to finish. Thank you Dr Arora for doing such great work and Agatha for being such a wonderful first point of contact!

Dr. Razia Arora and her staff are patient, kind and understanding. They work with you to determine your best course of treatment and provide you with choices based on your needs. Thank you for your kindness today and each time I visit.

Everyone was from the front desk l, assistant to the dentist was polite and helpful and knowledgeable l. They ensured I was comfortable and were helpful and knowledgeable. 5 stars!

Thank you to everyone at Dentistry @ Carleton Place. My 5 year old daughter had some pesky cavities in her back molars and we were all nervous about it after bad experiences with past dentists. From the first phone call with their admins, I felt relaxed and well taken care of. They are INCREDIBLE here. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. The entire team is great with kids and really helped my child to relax during her appointments (and helped me to relax, too!) Plus I felt very confident in the work they did and the advice we were provided. Recommend 100%.

They did an excellent job; my mouth has never felt cleaner. They were professional and non-judgmental despite the fact that's its been a long time since I'd been to a dentist and my mouth was in rough shape. They were also very clear and upfront while discussing what work needed to be done, what was a priority and what the associated cost would be. I highly recommend this clinic

Amazing Dentist. Went to another dentist in town for awhile. Big mistake. Back here. Better care, caring people, warm and receptive. Never feel rushed. Takes time to explain.

I have never enjoyed the dentist, but have truly enjoyed my experience here. Dr. Aurora is fantastic - very supportive and always takes the time to explain and provide assurance. I have also received Invisalign treatment through this clinic with great results. Throughout my Invisalign "journey" I had a few emergent items and was usually able to get back into the office within 24-48 hours. The front staff is amazing and so pleasant, very accommodating. I've also had great experiences with all of my hygienists.

I am fairly new to Carleton Place and chose Dentistry @ Carleton Place after reading many positive reviews. I've now had 3 appointments and have been very happy with my experience. Definitely the least painful filling I have ever had!

Had a great visit. She was very patient with my dry mouth.
