love this place!!! came in today and was greeted immediately upon entering the store. when i asked one of the ladies working there for assistance finding a top i found online she, without hesitation, stopped what she was doing and guided me to the top and also showed me similar items! honestly one of my favourite places in trinity plaza

I had such a pleasant shopping experience today. I drove 2 hours to shop at trinity commons. I visited 5 other stores ended up walking out empty handed because of poor customer service. BUT as soon as I walked in to Ardene, I was greeted I such a warm way by Bella. Omg breath of fresh air. Thank you for making my trip worth it. Your rock!

The manager (I think her name is Jaspreet) is a phenomenal person! She aided me with whatever concerns I had and helped choose the best clothes particular to my taste. Will definitely be going again!

Hello, i had a great time at trinity commons ardene! the sales associate Alisha(I think i spelt her name wrong not sure, she has black hair, very pretty!) was so sweet! she walked by the fitting rooms and told me I looked really pretty, which really boosted my mood. She was very sweet and helpful with finding items I wanted, and even helped me order an item!

This is my favourite Ardene to go to!! The selection is always amazing and they always have great deals!! I’m someone who likes to change up my style quite a bit so to get some trendy clothes at affordable prices is a big thing for me!! This location also always has great staff who welcome you and make sure you’re finding things easily! During times like these with covid you don’t know what to expect from staff but this shop goes above and beyond every time I go—which is often haha

I had a great time shopping at this location. The manager not only helped me herself but ensured all my needs were met. There are great sales here with amazing discounts! Would definitely visit again.

I usually never shop here but I heard they recently added more clothing for men. I was a little confused and couldn't find what I was looking for. The manager of the store ( I believe Jaspreet) saw me and offered to help find what I needed. Everything went smooth from finding what I need to checking out. The rest of the staff seemed pretty friendly aswell. I'll definitely be coming back for more great deals and customer service !

Never been to an Ardene's before. I'm Christmas shopping with my wife and have to say it's a fun store. What made it even more fun was that the salesperson was very helpful and courteous.

Some nice classic clothing and trendy items as well.

If I were a teenage girl, I'd have a heyday in there...that is if my mom or dad were with me. 😁

Store is great. Manger is dismissive and disinterested in listening to ur concerns, giving solution is far from her reach. Pick ur stuff wisely. The staff is unwilling to help if u have any concerns about returns. Keep your receipt. They don't want to do any exchange without it. I understand if they cannot as per policy but looks like they just don't want to deal with you.

honestly my experience was soo good. I was in rush for an event. Lady at the back area (Fitting Room) , she helped me alot. Her name was Isabel. She is the best trust me🌸❤

This particular Ardene's was really tidy. Things were easy to find and the staff were kind. They notified me of certain deals at the checkout and let me sneak back on the floor to grab another item to fulfill the deal.

Great experience. Had a fun and comfortable time shopping for my sister. Haven't been out lately because of covid but i felt safe in the store.

Always shop at this location because its close to me and i always enjoy shopping there very friendly staff and i like there piercing jewelry.
