The staff was helpful and attentive. I purchased a pedal wrench, but had trouble removing one of my old pedals. Upon my return to the store, the guys working were happy to help me with my install. Great local shop!

Cycle Paul Pointe-Claire is amazing! I initially stopped in to repair a brake cable on an old Canadian Tire bike, which was adorable but getting on in years. I'd been toying with the idea of an upgrade and quickly fell in love with an Electra Cruiser. They have a wonderful selection and excellent customer service. Louie helped me, and he was terrific! Very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend Cycle Paul Pointe-Claire!

Every time I visit, whether it's for parts, service, or nutrition, I'm well taken care of and treated great.

The service work is second-to-none, and when I go get parts the staff always help make sure I'm getting what I need and answer my troubleshooting and install questions.

My experience with a road bike fitting with Pierre-Paul was also terrific - lots of time and care taken to really get things dialled on my bike, and it's helped me put in many more kilometres comfortably.

Good prices, friendly service. I dropped by to have a tire repair on a Thursday afternoon, I walked away with my repaired wheel within 7 minutes!

Very good service from Nicolas Marchildon. Everything seemed to be properly done for the new purchases of our two new bikes. Fitted for the bike, accessories requested will be added to the bike. All in all, excellent good service. Bike mechanics friendly as well. Can’t wait to pick up the bikes in a few days & start using them.

Will was awesome! Helped me upgrade my cassette to an 11-34 with a new chain and new bar tape to help ease my climbing, didn’t over sell me re:my brake pads (still 50% left to go) and got my bike back to me all tuned up a few days before my 5150 Triathlon at tremblant! Love this bike shop!

I was treated absolutely amazing. Very professional service and knowledge of specialty parts, as they knew exactly how to diagnose and service my technical issue. (other shops simply overlooked) They were able to immediately source and order parts and rush them in so I could have my bike back for the weekend. I have to commend the diligent follow up by phone and email from Nicolas, as this care and attention is a major factor in coming to Cycle Paul. Pierre-Paul took the time to thoroughly explain things and give extra tips on care and functionality of my bike, that no other shop cared to do. They earned my business and I am happy to continue to support them.

Above and beyond service and advice. I was on a 100km ride around the island today and 25 km in, one of my gear cables broke. When i got to Cycle Paul at 5pm their mechanic was leaving for the day but he stuck around to change my cable. The service clerk even advised me on the maintenance schedule of my cables. Thank you!!!

Got the best service, the best accessories, and the best prices. Can't believe how satisfied we are. My wife and I got bikes here including a seat for our daughter. They set-up everything for us very quickly. We enjoyed the staff and stopping in to say hi on our bikes! Ron is an excellent and knowledgeable sales person, definitely one of the many great assets at this shop.

Was closed on Sunday but the owner helped us get our flat tire back up and running. Great service:)
