The biggest and the best dog park in the west island very close to the Pierre Elliot Trudeau Airport, so at certain time you see all airplanes landing very close all day.

I go there mornings and evenings every season with my dogs and they love this place. If you think you don’t walk your dog enough then bring him to this park and let him run free ( there is fences all over)

Very nice dog park where you get to mingle with other dog owners and let your dog run free with other dogs, it makes you a happy parent :)

FYI - There is plenty of parking spaces for all drivers

Great dog park, very big, like a forest. In the spring, it’s a little bit muddy, but in summer, it is just all green, and the grass is tall. Better to go in closed shoes. Take mosquito repellent in the evening. The closeness of the airport is not a big issue, and you can observe the plane taking off.

great place. Friendly dogs and owners. Better when the weather is dry. There can be muddy puddles which require a water hosing when you get home. So put a blanket or cover where the dogs rides home with you, if by car. As a bonus, if you like watching planes, there ar eplaenty of opportunities to do some jet watching.

Largest dog run in the area. My dog can stay here for hours and in nature as well as freely play with all the other friendly dogs. The park is so well maintained also in both winter and other seasons.
Water fountains now onsite!

Great area, typically good people and playful dogs. Watch out for thorns from certain trees

A dog paradise! A huge open fenced-in space with tree cover and trails, and even an agility park, where dogs can roam free and off-leash. As soon as my dog enters, he runs around at top speed in an expression of unbridled joy! Just be prepares to have a wet/muddy dog when you get home, since there are several very large puddles that reach to knee level for a medium sized dog.

My preferred dog park.
Large area, walking paths are well taken care of, and they recently just added a mini playground for the dogs.
Additionally, you get a great view of the planes landing and ascending.

We take our dog here nearly every day, and it's lovely. Well fenced with lots of big open space for dogs to play and run. They recently added some concrete and plastic tunnels, too. Note that the big plastic tunnel is very slippery when wet.
Before they began construction on the water mains, and hopefully after they're finished, there is a water main and hose, along with doggy pools and metal bowls, in the north north-east corner of the park. GREAT for giving the dogs a drink or to have fun splashing around in the summer.
Note that the park is adjacent to the airport and directly under one of the runway flightpaths. It is not used every day at all times, but planes do come in close and are very loud. VERY VERY loud when an A330 or 777 comes in. Most planes aren't that big, though, and stay at or under 80-90 decibels.
Parking is pretty good. There are about 6 parallel parking spots on Goldfinch Avenue near the southern entrance. Most parking would be on Graham or at Surrey Community/Aquatic Centre. Limited parking near the north entrance on Chanteclerc when there is no construction; virtually no parking during construction period.
Speaking of the construction: they are doing work on the water mains in the area, so a small portion of the park is taken up by construction site. It is not much of an inconvenience.
The area the park is on used to be marshlands, so the land still naturally holds a LOT of water. The city comes by every month or so to refresh the wood chips and make drainage paths, but I see that people tend to cover the channels which prevents/slows drainage. It's understandable, though, as there are plenty of reduced mobility folks who use the park, and having a 1 to 2-foot wide gap in the middle of a path can be problematic. Hopefully the city will put in more drainage tubes and cover them so the paths can be complete while also letting water pass. VERY muddy park in the springtime and when the weather is wet.
There does seem to be a population of voles/mice and muskrat living in and around the park, so be aware your dog may go for a hunting trip (mine has killed at least 1 muskrat). Groundhogs outside the fences are not infrequent either.
The park is even better in the summertime when it is dry. The only water left at this time is the creek at the nothernmost end of the park, which can easily be avoided if you stick to the south/eastern half of the park - still plenty of room to run around.
Lovely park for birdwatching as well, as the airfield provides open space for raptors, and the park itself has a nice wooded area behind the creek that warblers and sparrows migrate through. I have seen robins, song sparrows, gray catbirds, cardinals, and brown thrashers nest in the park. Killdeer migrate through and nest in the area (outside of the park). Species of note include kestrels, merlins, killdeer, ravens, turkey vultures, tree sparrows, brown creepers, hermit thrush, white-throated sparrows, brown thrashers, catbirds, pileated woodpeckers (in addition to downy and hairy), and northern harriers.

Excellent place to let your dog have fun off leash all fenced in only place where a little one could get out of the enclosure is where the large gate is good size gap just have to keep a eye on the smaller ones when passing those spots otherwise it’s the perfect place to get them run

One of the largest enclosed dog parks. Wide mulch pathways - watering facilities. Lots of trees and some park benches. At the end of the airport runway so be prepared for low flying aircraft.

Incredible place to bring your dog to enjoy the outdoors. Dorval has built the best dog park on the island to my knowledge. The people are friendly and the size of the park ensures you get a nice walk while the pets play.

Big dog park with a great view on the main YUL landing strip, so you can exercise your dog and spot planes at the same time :)
