I was there to upgrade my phone and plan. The employee I dealt with for that process was very patient, professional and helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions. Another employee was also there and he helped me find a case for my tablet. Both were very polite, pleasant with a good sense of humour.

Just have to give a shout out to Amber the manager of the Brockville Store. She was so knowledgeable and knew just what I needed to get a stronger signal with wi-fi. She offered me a trial use and to return if it wasn't strong enough. After spending a half day with the repair guy yesterday and not seeing good results, I am so relieved that the fix was that simple. Thank you Amber!
