As a first-time shopper with this small business, I have top-notch customer service. It was like having a personal shopper, the family's own business; the employee gave me all of his attention, suggesting what kind of products he would recommend to my cats. I enjoyed that customer service, and if I didn't live that far away from his store, I would have given all of my business to him. His products ranged from gifting items to daily essentials for my two cats. Keep up the excellent work!

First time shoppers after picking up some free samples at a sidewalk sale. My puppy loved the Canadian Pulsar food and the service at the store was amazing. I will be back.

Been spending a few hundred a month in this store for a few years now. Our loyalty card was lost, and the new employee could have cared less, so I walked out and went to another store. The owner called me directly and we discussed what happened. At least the owner cares about their customers.

Friendly and sell champion breed formulas such as Orijen and Acana two of the best brands on the market.

Great selection of quality pet food products. Staff could be cheerier but overall good experience. Im happy to have somewhere close that carries champion pet foods (acana and orijen)
