I was driving through when I screwed up the alignment on my tire (dont even ask lol).
I had my vehicle towed here for service as it is brand new and under warranty.
The sales manager was wonderful and attentive and helped me solve my issue in a timely manner. Made sure to keep me updated each step of the way and even completed some of the recalls that were on the vehicle.

Would recommend.

I only go to Kia Grenville even though it's far from me because they are the most honest I've ever had to deal with. Pleasant staff from the reception to the owner, real professionals. J’ai grandement apprécié l’excellent service des professionnels de Kia Grenville. Je suis propriétaire d’une Kia Forte 2017 avec 141 000 km et le moteur a dû être changé. Le travail a été effectué en trois jours seulement et je n’ai rien déboursé car la garantie a été prolongée et appliquée sur tout ce qu’un changement de moteur peut impliquer. Merci pour tout!
