It took a little time to convince them I was serious because I refused to give them a deposit before they fixed some issues so I can properly test drive the car. In the end Thomas was great, smooth delivery with no issues. All that was discussed, was delivered.

I want to thank Mr. Alexandre Poitras, as it’s because of him I got convinced into buying my VW Passat at St-Bruno VW and I do not regret it! Amazing service, patient and always ready to do all to make a client leave with a smile.

I went to the dealership with such a negative mindset about the car I was going to test drive and after everything he did even giving me a test drive himself to talk about the car, I finally made my first official dealership purchase.

Just bought a car there and i have to admit the process was just amazing mostly due to the service the Charle Réno have offered me. We did everything online up to the point i went to pick the car up and he was just great, he was always replying to me really fast, did multiple followup with me during the whole time i was waiting for the car to get there, set the appointment at the only time it was possible for me took the time to come see me when i was at the dealer to make sure everything was right and even did a follow up with me this morning to see how i like the car and to make sure everything was right. We are currently looking to pre order the ID.4 electric, and we took an appointment with Charles from sales department. He was an amazing sales man. He was funny, friendly and he answered all our questions with facts, he even look on internet to have more infos regarding the electrifying Canada circuit. It was worth it to go further to have such a distinguished greeting and customer service. Charles was genuinely friendly and seems like the guy you go grab a drink with. The lady at the reception was accordingly friendly and she was smiling with her eyes and she seems like a very nice lady. Her service was excellent. I have received the very best customer service at Volkswagen St-Bruno from both Shawn in the service department and Charles in the sales department. Shawn helped me with a major transmission problem this past Christmas Eve and generously helped me organize a courtesy car for the duration of the repair. Since then, I have purchased another car from Charles in the sales department. I am a fussy customer and sincerely appreciate when representatives go above and beyond to address my concerns!
