Visited this store location for the first time and was blown away by the quality of furniture. Pieces that will last a lifetime. What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service provided by Marco Petrella…So professional, attentive, patient and humble. Highly recommended!

Wasn't sure what to expect from this place but walked in one day to look for some appliances. We were greeted by a very nice sales rep. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products offered. He explained everything very well and gave us a fair and competitive price. We then wanted to look for some furniture so he introduced us to another sales rep on the furniture side. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable of the products offered. He gave us great advice and guided us to make some great choices. The appliances were delivered on the day and time that was conveinient for us. The couches however, will take up to 8 weeks. Not a problem. They delivered 2 couches as loaners until ours are ready. Incredible service! This is not your run of the mill furniture chain. You feel welcomed from the minute you walk in right up to the time they deliver your furniture. True professionals .I highly recomended you visit them before making a purchase elsewhere.

Good service. Efficient and ready to help and answer questions but not bothered. They let you browse as you please without being on your heels. I had a great experience and ended up buying a great sectional sofa combination. Competitive sales prices. Waiting time for delivery is same as everywhere, whether you buy Canadian made or foreign (Italian in my case), count 6-8 months. Unless you buy the floor sample I suppose.
Delivery cost is 79.99$plus tax at St-Hubert store for delivery on the South shore. Impeccable restrooms 🚻 and free parking on premises

Beautiful store with very friendly service. I was looking for a fan filter but they did not sell my model in the store so the salesperson directed me to the distributor and told me to contact her if I had any issues. What a nice person!

During this time of pandemic, the salesperson Kim went above and beyond. Due to my chronic asthma, we don't go in stores and get everything delivered but needed a new dining table. Most of the work was done on the phone (very patient) and even called me back when she was home with her kids to assist. Once it was time to actually choose the wood grain/color to finalize purchase, she was very considerate and open to meeting me outside the store with a few sample choices preselected based on interest. Met her outside, made the final choice and voila....she was a real gem. Was a JCP customer before and will continue to be for certain select items when looking for quality pieces. But kudos to JC Perreault for being flexible and customer oriented during this difficult period and once more to Kim for a great service during and even called after table was delivered to see if I was satisfied.

Thanks to Richard.We bought all our Furniture and bedroom set from JCP.Although we had some delay due to COVID but Richard helped us even changing our coffee table with no extra charge.I am so happy with JCP and I recommend to others.You pay a bit more but the service and quality is much better than anywhere else.
