Just had these over to connect my high velocity AHU to my boiler. Mitch did a great job he followed my request precisely and did a nice and clean install. I'm very happy with the craftsmanship. They charged me a fair price for the technical work I had them do. Just a note Im a master electrician and have been in the trade for 23 years I had my fair of dealing with service calls and other trades, I really appreciate precision and the ability to do the job that is needed and not fishing for more work. I will be calling this company in the future.

I had my 'poly-b' pipes switched out throughout my home early this year (2024). I definitely made the right decision with these guys! Kale and his team were dependable, thorough and trustworthy. They displayed a high degree of competence and team spirit, each of them bringing their own strengths to the project. Kale was very knowledgeable and provided some insights (that I really appreciated!) specifically to diverting some pipes resulting in minimal wall damage. His handling of any snags and/or issues were commendable and made all the difference. Kale and Kevin's attention to detail was top notch and so was their advice re any other issues I may have had with my home. Kevin worked steadily and diligently and I was just so impressed with these guys, I had to write my first ever review on any platform. Without any hesitation, I recommend these guys for any 'poly-b' replacement. One happy customer! They are definitely my "preferred" go to guys from now on for any and all issues re plumbing and/or heating/furnace issues.

Bailey and James provided exceptional service. They were friendly and polite and were able to answer any questions I had. They cleaned up after themselves and were very efficient and prompt with installing my new furnace. They went through everything I needed to know and were very informative. My experience started very positive from the time I called for help, the person who answered my call was listening very well then worked with me with the timeline, they the techs showed up on time with the smile and listened to what I explained and went very straight to the issue and explained and got is addressed. They demonstrated professionalism and knowledge and represented Rocky Mountain Plumping and Heating so proudly on what they do, I thought it was they own that company, they were so integrated. Today, we had new AC condenser unit, new furnace coil and a wifi thermostat installed. Kale and 2 others installed and from pictures sent, looks awesome. Very informative and communicated well. Looks like we have to go there to pair up the wifi thermostat. But in the meantime, Kale, programmed for us. Thank you again Kale and Rocky Mountain Plumbing & Heating for the speedy work! I was dreading another summer with leaks from the freezing of coils cause and then it defrosts and drips water. Was very frustrating. So I am looking forward to summer with zero leaks. My furnace recently died at 11pm at -30 and they answered my call. They sent one of their techs out within an hour and had the issue diagnosed quickly. They lent me a couple space heaters to stay warm until the issue could be resolved the day after. Everyone I dealt with was professional, responsive, and the pricing was reasonable. I used Rocky Mountain plumbing services for the first time tonight, and I have to say I’ve never been more impressed. I own a hair salon in Calgary, and we always have plumbing issues with our sinks. We had a major leak happen which left us all in a panic. I contacted Kale, who was quick to respond, so kind, and was able to come fix our issue a few hours later. He spent hours redoing previous plumbers work, making it way more secure so the issue doesn’t happen again. I can’t recommend Kale enough, he’s incredible at his job, and will not let you down. I’ve had to call Rocky Mountain Plumbing twice in the past few months and have had a great experience. Kale was amazing on the first go around - I was selling my house and needed to remove some remaining polyB; Kale came in with a fair quote, and a realistic timeline. His crew came in, did a great job replacing the polyB with pex and did so with minimal damage to walls/ceilings. I then worked with someone from head office to arrange another fix at a rental condo for my tenants when their bathroom tub started leaking. Bailey and his crew were fast and responsive. They had to order parts and made a quick reschedule to complete the job. Both times their pricing was fair and their timelines accurate. I would definitely use them again.

We just recently had a Calcana Cal50 15ft garage heater installed by Stefan and James. Both of them were extremely professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. During the installation, Stefan found an issue with the garage heater. He confirmed the issue with his colleagues, drove back to Calgary and picked up another garage heater which he personally selected to ensure that this one didn't have the same issue. All of our questions were answered fully!! Stefan and James went above and beyond with the installation. We have already recommended this company to a friend. Great service and great people! Furnace stopped working and it was -30 outside. I used Rocky Mountain plumbing and heating services for the first time. Quick response and showed up within the hour. Kale did a awesome job fixing the furnace. Definitly recommend to anyone having furnace or plumbing issues.

Found my hot water tank leaking in the basement. Figured that I'd probably be gouged heavily due to it requiring an expensive off-duty/weekend replacement installation. Boy was I ever WRONG!!

I gave Rocky Mtn Plumbing a call and was pleasantly surprised to talk to Justin who walked me through the whole process. Sent him some pics of my existing tank and he promptly got back to me with a few different quote options to choose from. Selected the 50L Bradford White Defender series tank as my upgrade and the next day Justin picked up the tank, gave me a courtesy call to let me know that he was enroute to my house and a few hours later my new tank was completely installed. Not only that, he also corrected an exhaust pipe and a sewer line that were eyesores in my mechanical room. Not to mention, he was also kind enough to replace the humidifier filter on my furnace that was long overdue. Needless to say, Justin was very professional to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to give them a call back for any future Plumbing or Furnace service needs that i might have.

Overall, my experience far exceeded my expectations. I paid a fair price for an extremely quality installation that although was an expensive repair to swallow, i never once felt like i was being gouged or taken advantage of.
