Log Cabins Store and Cabin Rentals

Our family stopped at the store at Log Cabins for camping and fishing supplies. There is room on the side of the road to pull off with a camper in tow. The store is AWESOME with something for everyone. From area specific gifts to food and a great selection of fishing tackle and bait. This will be a regular stop for us from now on. Highly recommended.

The best place to stay on the Black lake. Everything in one place, you rent a cabin and a boat. Store has anything you need for fishing and living.

Friendly knowledgeable staff in the store.Large selection of fishing baits and lures. Fishing licenses available in store. Nice selection of tshirts, hats and sweatshirts. Been a store patron for over thirty five years.

Have been staying at the log cabins for a few years straight now. Saw a post or two about things not working like the power cords at the dock and could not understand why those people posting those reviews just not mention it to Ali the owner? No matter what the issues may have been and all were tiny he went out of his way to make sure it was taken care of immediately! I'd recommend the log cabins to anyone!. We were just there last week before bass season opened and the first two nights got down to 40 degrees. We asked Ali about heat for the cabin and when we came back from fishing there was a portable ceramic heater there for us! Jigger Jim as he calls himself in the store and the rest of the staff are excellent! And there was so much bait especially minnows they were almost jumping out of the tanks onto the floor! Lol

This is one of my favorite “bait & tackle” in the Black Lake area. They have a great selection of lures, bobbers, live bait, souvenirs, cabin essentials and more.
I also spent a week a few years ago in one of the cabins they have for rent. The cabin was beautiful, the price was incredibly reasonable, had all the amenities and even let us bring our dogs. We would stay again and always visit on our trips to BL.

Nice little store. Lures, beer, snacks, souvenirs. I've never stayed at the camps. But they look nice. Black lake is the best.

First time at Black lake last year. Caught a bunch of fish. Veterans of Black lake said it was slow fishing. Can't wait to get back up there this year. Log Cabins is a great place to stay. They have a customer for life in me.

This is our favorite store for our annual vacation. Great prices, great souvenirs, and great staff. I love the fact that we can just drive up on the boat and dock to go shopping.

The Log Cabins are an excellent choice for anyone. Beautiful scenery! The cabins are awesome....we stayed in one that sleeps 6. They are extremely clean, has a screened in back porch with a picnic table, fully equiped kitchen, sitting area with a tv and a very clean bathroom. I was very impressed, I don't think I have ever seen such a clean cabin. The people were all very friendly and helpful. I can't wait to go back!!!

We have been coming here yearly for many, many years. These are the best cabins on the lake. The owners have been very accommodating over the years for us and are very friendly. We love to fish, swim and relax at the lake.

Great place to stay looking forward to next year. Only suggestion I have is to put up ply wood inside the new porches as there are nails sticking out and our son kept touching them was afraid he'd fall into them as he's learning to walk

This is a great store a with a good amount of bait and tackle. They sell clothes and other items in the back. They have a small selection of grocery items and they also sell gasoline too.

I am told that the prices are highly competitive with Bass Pro Shops, etc.

The customer service is expert but the attitude can be less than forthcoming .

A vital resource for location and hours except when they change them unexpectedly

The whole experience is breathe taking. From the scenery to the fish you catch. Just a beautiful piece of Earth. That God allowed us to experience.

Outstanding place for a quiet week at black lake, N.Y.. Nice cabins, well taken care of. Very relaxing and fishing wasn't bad either. Everyone very helpful. Highly recommended

Been there with the family numerous times cabins are great. Fishing has always been good can’t wait to go back in July.
