Salute Special Events/ The Roc Restaurant & Wine Bar

Wise Guys is a nice little restaurant with great friendly staff with a cool ambiance. They have live music as well ( although the music was too loud for our liking ). We will definitely be back for more of this place. They have other businesses on-site as well. Salute... A catering event area on the lower level, along with a smaller, more intimate dining experience at the Roc restaurant, also on the lower level.

Great place to relax and dine in Flatrock. The food was very good, outside dining while indulging in a couple beverages...and surprised to have an outside small 2 person band to entertain us. Had a great time... stayed longer than expected as we were enjoying it.

The chef has created an exquisite menu with a great variety of choices including steaks, seafood, pasta/Italian-based, and vegetarian dishes.

If you haven't dined here, I'd recommend making a reservation and prepare to have an amazing experience.

We stumbled upon this gem last night. This is a wonderful restaurant. Excellent atmosphere. Everybody is extremely polite and went out of their way to make sure we had the best dinner. The food was absolutely delicious. It's very rare to find a restaurant like this anymore.

The ROC- listen, don't let those couple of 1 star reviews turn you away. I almost did, but we already made our reservation so I thought well we might as well try it. I'm SO glad we did. The set up is cozy, but classy. Our waitress/bartender (Nikki) was just a sweetheart and provided us lovely service. Not to mention - THE FOOD. I got the Chicken Ricca and it may have been the best chicken dish I've ever had. The calamari was hands down the best I've had as well. I don't usually write long reviews like this, but I feel I am doing this place a disservice if I didn't!

We were here for an event luncheon. The food was spectacular, the staff was excellent, and everything was well organized. I would definitely eat here again. If the food we were served buffet style was this good, I can't wait to try a plated meal.
I was a bit confused about the handicapped accessibility of the restaurant. There seem to be several restaurants/bars? on site and at least one seems to be in the bottom level of the building. There was no way to access it from the entrance we came through but maybe it can be from the other side of the building. Also, there was no handicapped parking in the lot we were directed to, which was odd. Having said all that, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly so I suggest calling them if you have any questions regarding accessibility.
Overall, an excellent experience.

We had a wonderful experience. We went on a Friday night, and although it was full, we were seated quickly. Our server was very attentive, and the food was fast and amazing. My husband got the sirloin and I got the sausage penne. It wasn't too loud at all for us, like another reviewer mentioned. The chairs were rickety, though. We'll definitely be back.

Always beyond pleased with the food and service at The Roc. Highly recommend a visit. Call for reservations as there is limited business hours Thursday through Saturday. Worth your time!

First time here this afternoon with the pleasure of celebrating a birthday down in The Roc. Atmosphere was very nice with a classy stone accented room with warm lighting and a small bar area. Hosts were kind and attentive. We were served pizza and salad and both were very tasty, and my son loved it as well.

My best friend, took me her for my birthday.
I ordered a margarita, frozen. Oopsie no frozen drinks, so I had it regular. Excellent.
We ordered the stuffed mushroom appetizer.
OMG excellent. Then we ordered, main item ...I got Alfredo chicken. The noodles were home made, Alfredo was excellent...and they gave me a canoli for my birthday. $70.00.
Excellent food, excellent service, excellent food. Sounds 5 stars from me. I will be back.

Even though it was an hour before close Chelsey was the best waitress recommending some great drinks for the wife and I to finish off our evening. Can't wait to come back for date night with the wife and see Chelsey again! Bringing more friends the next time around.

The Roc has a great casual atmosphere, nice selection from pizza to filet, and we had outstanding service. A couple of the small plates were great as appetizers. Limited seating, so recommend reservations on the weekends.

We had the Porcini crusted sirloin and it was cooked to perfection. Reisling from Mission Point was a nice addition. Chelsea was our waitress and she did a magnificent job. We'll be back!

Attended an event at Salute, the food was very good and the staff was excellent. Although short- handed they worked together to see to the needs of everyone with courtesy and a smile.

Great food and a nice facility for family gathering. We had 60 people there and the staff were excellent. I highly recommend this place.

Very nice restaurant. The pizza is excellent, good specials on wine, and good service. Haven't attended the live music days but I know they have them regularly along with wine tastings.
