Do San's

We have been using DoDan's since my daughters started Middle school. They always have our school colors for their briefs and bodysuits and have you try them on if your unsure of which size to get. They took their time to sit down and go through every different color stitch and design my daughter wanted for her Varsity jacket and custom fit her size to add two inches on the bottom of the large youth size so it would fit her small figure perfectly. They have extra car stickers and school decals available. I will be taking my other daughter her for her Varsity jacket too!

Thank you all for such a wonderful job !!!! I had my shop's shirts done here and they did a GREAT .... job !!! and they were done super fast !!! Krista took her time to go over the set up and the design with me so I would know/understand how they would look ( she wanted to make sure I was happy with the look of the shirts ). They did engraving on a VIN Plate for a custom car I built. They are very quick and reasonably priced!

I want to Thank Krista for turning what could have been a bad experience into a great one. I purchased a hoodie and I took it in to have it rhinestoned and we ran into a problem. Long story short Krista was nice enough to replace my hoodie and rhinestone it the correct way. It's business owners like Krista that believes in putting their customers first. Thank you for making the right decision and you have one satisfied customer here :)

They messed up our order last year Before Christmas it was going to be a gift and we had to wait two months to get the sweatshirt once we got the sweatshirt 2 days later the lettering came off had to go back up there to fix it and now lost our order AGAIN and she said she doesn't know what happened to it. Seems like they're not organized. DO NOT recommend them👎

I have had several delays on orders here in the past, but so many people recommended them for varsity jackets that I decided to try. I called and asked for an appointment, they told me I didn't need one but that they would be in at 10 am Saturday. Arrived at 10 am Saturday and waited in the parking lot until 11:00. No one ever came. There were 2 other people waiting in the parking lot also. The signage states that they open at 10. Called and left a message on the answering machine and one week later have never gotten a call back. Left Dosans and went straight to the Pro Shop at Kennedy Ice Arena and was able to order a jacket that day, I have 2 more varisty jackets to order over the next few years and I will not be getting them from here.

Had two trophies for engraving since September and still not done with them. Called 3 times and no returned phone calls for any of the instances nor have they even started on the engraving. Also, they informed me that it would be 'at least a week' before they could get to them if they can find one of them they misplaced

Awful costumer service! Placed my order the a week and a half before thanksgiving and they told me my Jacket would be finished by Dec. 1. Well Dec. 1 rolls around and they haven’t even started on my jacket. I called but could never get through so I went in and I saw my jacket and it was the same as it was when I dropped it off! I asked when it would be finished by and they told me “if not dec. 21 then for sure dec. 22” well guess what happened IT WAS NOT FINISHED, NOT EVEN TOUCHED AT ALL!! They then told me it would be finished by the next week after Christmas so I’m currently without a sufficient winter jacket and it is getting colder everyday outside. I get that they get pretty backed up during the holidays but don’t give me a set date then keep pushing it off every time I come in or call to see when it will be ready by!! Highly suggest getting your jacket from Trenton Ice Arena (that’s where I went to get my jacket done when I first got it but sadly I currently made the mistake to get my additional patches made by Dosans). If you plan on getting your jacket done in a reasonable time period and don’t want to deal with crappy customer service go to Trenton Ice Arena I never had a problem with thier service!!!

I have to say I am so disappointed. When me and my son got there it was a disaster area.no place to sit and her 2 kids were running around.it was an extremely non professional set up.No one has contacted me in a month.I had to finally call them and she started she had still not got my sons jacket back yet.I cannot believe how much they charge you for a jacket along with the horrible service I will tell everyone I know to NEVER use them.I heard of a different place in monroe and trenton I WISH I had used them

Waited 3 weeks to get 9 T- shirts printed. Lady went on vacation before she printed my shirts.
