Thank you Conway! I had to take my truck in yesterday for a couple of repairs they kept me posted throughout the day on what was going on and how much it would cost. I got my truck back the same day which I was surprised because of how busy they are up there! Very satisfied with the work and getting my truck back the same day! Thanks Conway your awesome!!

Only place I will ever recommend anyone going to for their car repair needs. Rare to find an honest mechanic with impeccable integrity in this day and age. I don't care how far you live, it's worth the drive. Keep up the good work!

I have taken my vehicle twice to Conway's and only have good things to say about the service they provide. Overall great customer service from the time it takes to complete repairs to the explanation of repairs done.

I was referred by a friend for my sons truck that had a transmission problem. It was at another shop in Lincoln Park and they claimed the transmission was shot. They also wanted $3000 to replace it with a used one.
I called Conway’s for a second opinion and also because I was told they used Remanufactured Jasper transmissions with a warranty. They inspected my sons truck and found no transmission codes and only found some damaged transmission lines. They replaced the lines and replaced the fluids and charged me $600. They returned the transmission they ordered for me with no extra restocking fee.
This is an honest shop with first rate employees. I would recommend them to anyone needing work on their vehicles. I would trust their diagnosis and recommendations based on my experience with this issue. I will be returning for any new issues I may encounter in the future.

Traveling for spring break our vehicle was struck by a large piece of metal making it undrivable. We found Conway's and rolled in to see if they could help. It was clear that the damage was going to be beyond their scope (body work) but they still helped us find the local police station referred us to the best body shop locally and helped get us back on our way. They didn't have to be so helpful, but knew we were in a bind. Excellent customer service even though they didn't do any work for us.

Excellent engine repair. My husband's car needed a new head, new radiator, all new engine parts as he had a blown head gasket. I would highly recommend them. All at a reasonable price for basically a whole new engine. Don't hesitate to bring your car to them for expert service. Thank you Conway's!

Great first experience.
Dropped my car on a Monday night was called next morning with estimate and repairs. My car was done by 130pm that afternoon.
Will definitely will be back with any mechanical issues!

I've had work done a few times on two of my trucks at Conway's over the past couple years. Great customer service, very reasonable prices, and most important great work. Definitely my first choice when I need a vehicle fixed.

We were on a trip to check out a college for my son. On the way down I-75, a sound proofing panel under our car partially detached, so the panel was dragging down the highway. We made an emergency pull-off at the exit that Conway's is at. We pulled in, and they took us in almost right away. They bolted the panel on very quickly and charged an unreasonably fantastic rate (very much undercharged us). The (I assume) owner was super nice and very professional. I would recommend Conway's to anyone in the area.

I just wanted to say thank you for the great job you have done since buying the business. I worked for Paul while in high school and I continued working for him when I would come home on leave in the Marine Corps. I learned so much from him, he was a great mentor and friend. The most honest people I have ever done Business with. I took my car in with an oil leak they could have told me anything because I had no idea what was wrong. The oil filter was loose they tightened it up and that was it. They have no idea how much I appreciate their honesty. The guy was so friendly and so nice I will always go there for my car repairs

First I would like to say that I rarely write a review. That said I feel that this place is one of the best places that I have dealt with. I am very Picky with my car. I needed a clutch replacement on my 08 corvette and did much research before I came here. Looked at all the reviews and decided this was a reputable service place. My car was worked on in early June. We needed a good and reliable mechanic to fix our timing chain. We were referred over to Conways Auto. After reading their reviews and speaking with Buddy, I knew this was our place. They did a great job, our Traverse was fixed correctly and in a timely matter. They were more fair priced than a couple other places and also have wonderful customer service. I would definitely recommend Conways!!

My daughter had an issue with her car not going over 20 mph. We thought it was the transmission so she was really worried. Conway's got us right in and out the next day. The problem was an ignition coil and the estimate came in significantly under the lowest end of the average price listed on various websites. Best of all he was incredibly friendly and even paternalistic with my 23 year old daughter. That was fantastic because there is nothing she hates more than dealing with car stuff. I am shocked to find any negative review and wonder if it's a competitor. The owner went WAY out of his way to be kind and supportive. Funny, the reason we went to this place is because we recently moved downriver and it was a couple miles away. I was afraid to go further at 20 mph. :) We will use this company from now on.

My husband and I are extremely happy with services received from Conway Car Care. Very friendly and honest people. Buddy worked on my PT Cruiser (2006) and fixed the air conditioner, which had been previously worked on and never corrected at Woodhaven Firestone. Buddy also had my husband's 1965 Dodge Dart GT worked on and repairs were done quickly. Conway's Car Care are very honest and don't perform work until they contact you with repairs needed and cost. We will continue to use Conway's for our services needed on our automobiles.

People are very nice! They do wonderful work. They don’t try to overcharge her up charge. Wont take my car anywhere else prices seem to be reasonable.

I have a pretty clean old truck that needed a motor and I had already gone to Conway for some brake work that was done quickly and at a very fair price. So when it came to having a something major like an engine replaced I felt confident in there service. And I wasn’t disappointed, Buddy kept me posted on the work every step of the way and the results have been great ! My truck was back on the road and working hard quickly... thanks to everyone at CCC Conway Car Care
