Couldn't dislike more. I'd give negative stars if I could. Worst customer service ever. Got another insurance company saving over $800/year.

You're only good when paying their abusive prices, then suddenly become a bad customer once you start questioning their awful business practices.

Also, they send a letter to my mortgage lender saying my insurance was no longer valid, and pretended it never happened once I questioned them. Utterly annoying!

I could go on and on about why you should never step a foot in this office but I'll leave it at that.

Keep distance!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Called to convert an existing quote to a policy on a day following a severe storm - was told they weren't accepting new business (extremely rudely, had to tell the person on the phone to check their attitude). Called elsewhere and found someone 20% cheaper that handled my needs same day service.

Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Despite their staff being super professional and helpful, my car insurance cost me 600-700$ more anually than the company I'm currently with for the same benefits... they totally ripped me off. Will never go back to them.

Did not show for appointment. Had to take the day off. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend this broker.
