I ordered last minute and was thrilled Pina were able to accommodate. Outstanding, super moist and delicious cake! Everyone enjoyed the cake. I certainly would not hesitate to order again. Thank you Sweet Serendipity!

Heard about this cute little bakery from a friend and let me tell you from the first bite into one of the cupcakes I was in heaven….. a melt in your mouth experience so moist, the icing is so yummy and not too sweet. Have tried the squares and pies as well and her pie crust is like my grandmothers so perfect and flaky. The cupcakes are absolutely delish! Perfect balance of chocolaty goodness and sweetness. The icing was also extremely good… just nice in sweetness. Doesn’t give you a sugar headache. Communication with Pina was so prompt and fuss free. I am definitely getting more cakes from this bake shop for my other celebrations! I highly recommend this shop to others! (Note: I added the embellishments to suit our party theme, cupcakes came with yellow/blue sprinkles)

I ordered the vanilla buttercream & strawberry cake , it was super fresh extremely delicious, and look forward to having more for breakfast this morning with my coffee lol.
I also ordered 4 lemon tarts & they were absolutely delicious.
Pick up was a breeze & Pina was super sweet and really kind to my dog upon pick up.
I look forward to ordering other baked goods along with other cake flavours.

A few years ago we got our wedding cupcakes from Sweet Serendipity, so when it came time for my daughter's birthday I was so pleased I could get these mini cupcakes done. The whole process was so easy - a quick email and EMT to order, then a truly contactless pickup (very grateful for this as I have a newborn at home and we're in yet another Covid wave). Of course the cupcakes are so delicious - not too sweet, perfectly moist with the perfectly dense icing in the perfect icing to cupcake ratio. You really can't go wrong ordering from here.

I just picked up my order of 4 cupcakes, one butter tart, and a giant cupcake for my brother's family. Sharing the cupcakes with another family member, but oh my goodness, this is what quality tastes like!!!

Let me tell you; Pina is the real deal when it comes to baking! She uses REAL BUTTER, REAL INGREDIENTS! None of this artificial sweeteners and processed oil.

Sweet Serendipity is the best place to get your sweet fix! And I will definitely be getting my cakes and cupcakes in future!

Bought 48 mini cupcakes for a baby shower and they were so tasty and very reasonable compared to other sites. Pina is very accommodating and pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

Literally the best cakes I’ve ever had. Perfectly moist and flavourful cake with amazing icing. Not too buttery or fatty, just right. A more traditional style of baking which I really appreciate. Just like my grandmother used to make. DELICIOUS!

I’ve ordered from them twice and they are professional, quick and consistent. You have to order, there aren’t any walk-ins but it’s not inconvenient if you plan ahead.

Sweet Serendipity Bake Shop is AMAZING! I cannot recommend them enough. The cake is the most delicious! We tried the cupcakes which were all so good and then they made our wedding cake which was so delicious and absolutely stunning. Will keep ordering from here they are so great!

Got a carrot cake for my husband’s birthday. He and everyone who had it loved it. Quick response on emails and did what they said they would do. Very moist and delicious cake. Cream cheese frosting. I would order again.

Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, we had to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary a toned down but wanted to order a nice cake. From the extremely positive online research including reviews, we chose Sweet Serendipity. The lady on the phone was so kind and helpful in our order. I ordered a classic double layer 8” round cake. A chocolate cake with raspberry buttercream.

I scheduled a pick up time on our anniversary date and was shown the cake through the front window(because of Covid restrictions and safety). It was beautiful. It was so thoughtful for them to have added rosettes to the cake (no charge) as it was our anniversary.

The whole family loved the cake. Perfect chocolate and raspberry flavour without being too sweet.

I got two cakes and cupcakes for my bridal shower and I swear my family and I have never had better! Everyone raves about the desserts and begged me to tell them our secret. The cakes were moist and the flavour carries throughout the cupcakes. Will be using for our wedding!

I have been ordering from Sweet Seredepity for years and they've always produced consistently well decorated, delicious and moist cakes. The cakes are not fancy or extravagant, but the price is right and if you're looking for a solid, delicious cake then look no further. Icing ratio is just right (with none of the excessively hard buttercream nonsense) and the cake is always moist and fresh. Not overwhelmingly sweet either.

It's very difficult to find a good bakery for birthday cakes in the GTA but this place always delivers. To my dismay, the one year I didn't order from Sweet Serendipity for my birthday ended in disappointment. Well I've sure learnt my lesson! Will always come back here even if it's out of the way. Can't recommend it enough!

They made me the most beautiful two year flower buttercream cake and it was the best cake I have ever tasted in my life!!!! The details the creativity and love put into it made me cry. Bought my daughter's first birthday cake here. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The cake was also delicious! I would highly recommend this bake shop.

A few years ago my neighbor shared his birthday cake with me, the cake was delicious. So when I went to order my own I noticed there was cupcakes. I've now placed several orders and I still haven't gotten to that cake I wanted. THE CUPCAKES! Heavenly. I'm a chocolate guy through and through but the strawberry and vanilla cupcakes are so flavourful it's unbelievable. Love those cupcakes. Keep up the great work.

Pina is the best baker in the city! We have been going here for the last 5+ years for every celebration from birthdays, to anniversaries, to Christmas. We either get the 6" or 8" cakes, or the cupcakes. My favourite is the chocolate, and my wife and kid love the vanilla. Ordering online is easy, and pick up is straightforward.

We ordered a chocolate cake for a birthday and were absolutely delighted with our experience and the quality of the product. It was universally agreed by those in attendance at the birthday celebration that this was the best chocolate cake any of us had ever eaten. We were so pleased with the look, the texture, the flavour and the way that Pina dealt with us. We will come back and can't recommend Sweet Serendipity enough.
