Every time I go to Renee's yoga classes I feel the stress just completely melt away and my strength and energy return. I also suffer from a lot of insomnia but not when I"m practicing yoga with Renee. What a gifted teacher, her gentle yoga classes, and restorative classes will leave you filled with serenity and a deep sense of peace. And the views at her stunning outdoor yoga studio are incredible. Highly recommend!

Renee has absolutely lovely energy and gives the best meditation and yoga classes. Her voice is very soothing and helps create a much needed stillness inside me. I always feel an overall zen feeling after a class and my body feels alive.
