Great after sales customer service! They replaced my Air fryer few days before the warranty ended with no issue. You just need to contact them through the contact us on their website and not by phone.

I bought Starfrit smoothie making product for my mother, and she just loves it. In the past, she would just use a regular blender to make her smoothies and always debated on buying herself a smoothie machine. I would always think that it was just another thing to wash, so would still discourage her. Anyway, I was standing in Walmart staring at Starfrit's machine over every other product and read everything on the box then decided to buy it. Gift wrapped it and presented it to her as a gift. She was happy, not overly happy, but happy. She brought it home, and I didn't hear from her until something accidental happened which was that she dropped it. Could you image after three days she dropped it! My mom is too cute. So, this how I know the product is fantastic. She says to me, "I made everything smooth. What am I going to do?" I told her I'd come and see if I can fix it before calling the company for a replacement part. So I went, looked at the broken part, and could not fix it, so I went online to see if I could locate a number and couldn't find one, which is very smart of the company, keep it that way Starfrit. They had an email address, and I used it, and they answered me within hours. I replied to their email, and they responded. No yelling, no frustration, no anything but a resolution to my problem. They replaced the part, and we are all happy. I mostly give four stars to products that I highly like but in Starfrits case, they got five stars for excellent customer service. This is my third product from Starfrit, although this smoothie maker is not mine, however, my mother is mine, and she's happy and so am I. I'm also pleased with Starfrit's can opener and spiralizer.

I love cooking, and i love starfrit products. I use the pressure cooker. Copper frypan. I had a small issue with a purchase. Customer service cleared it right up. No problem.
