I am very happy with cremazie auto service. Nickolas at the front desk is very attentive and he offers necessary things not just like any other poaces where they over sell stuff after 6 years at a Mazda dealership I always thought and was afraid of going to change my garage due to people being dishonest but with the impeccable service of Canadian tire I changed my storage here at cremazie. I came once for my flat tire and during my work he gave me very good service with a lot of empathy and explained well the necessary things and things that can wait for later. He also gave me a courtesy car promised me discounts for new winter tires for the winter and advised me to come and talk to him in September for prices and agreed to check my alignment for free with no extra cost as im buying tires with him. friendly and very honest service. I suggest Canadian tire cremazie as your auto doctor as you know its hard to get a good doctor.

The store’s layout is well-organized, making it easy to find what I need, whether it’s automotive supplies, home essentials, or outdoor gear.

Very good Canadian Tire location. Have never had issues buying, rturning or picking up items. Clean, well spaced out and employees are generally well trained and ready to help.

Auto service center got great staff i usually deal with Nick in the front desk and hamed who works as mecahnic in my car im a busy worker working in healthcare and only available on weekends and every time i go in for service the service level is amazing with qualified technicians and great replacement cars when I leave my car for mechanical repairs.
Labour rate is a bit high than actual market but I would pay for the great service thanks to the team.

Had an issue with an item that I bought and they were more than happy to help me and reimburse me. Extremely friendly and respectful staff, but then again it helps when you talk to them like they're humans and give them patience and respect as well. You get what you give.

Great selection, great deals and lots of great products. I got a Canadian Tire credit card since I buy so much from this store and have already earned a lot of CT money. Don't expect much knowledge from the staff as it's a minimum wage job so most people employed there are teenagers, but that's the same for most stores like this. Overall a great experience.

I went to exchange a bike that I ended up not liking and the manager, Janet, was super understanding and helpful. She listened to my situation and accommodated my needs as a customer! Other stores did not even give me the time of day. She went the extra mile, and I ended up spending even more because of the great service!

Fantastic customer service. I got my four tires changed and an oil change in less than an hour. I took my time shopping for plants/flowers through the garden centre and by the time I was done, so was the car! They gave me a list of potential problem areas on the car to look out for and called me to warn me about fissures on two of my summer tires before they proceeded with the installation. Very satisfied with my overall experience today.

You'll find everthing you need for your garden, bbq or even toys for kids.
The staff is always friendly and eager to help you out.

Very pleased with the customer service from Noemie taking care of customers. There are some things online companies cannot replace and that is the human touch to the overall customer experience. Will always look into buying something here before trying to order from Amazon and the like.

I generally go to Canadian Tire for some things. It will often have good sales. I often buy the Bio Flow sticks from here to put in the drains to keep them from clogging. Sometimes buy home and kitchen items too.

I went to buy a drill mastercraft at 76,00$.n u get a holding case with a 104 bits too. Good deal.sells fast so ask .if not on special most of the items are pricey. Good service.

I wanted to say a special thank you to two staff members: Henri & an experienced (more mature) cashiere.

I came in looking for L brackets & winded up in the wrong section but discovered a sale on ceiling lights. I found Henri to ask him for information on which would be better. He followed me and took the time to explain things. When I selected one he realized it would be cumbersome for me to hold (I use canes to walk); so, he went and got a basket for me. He then lead me to the L bracket section and helped me select what I needed. He never treated me as disabled but rather a client that needed a helping hand, thank you.

When I went to the cash, I had a lovely interaction. Too many times young inexperiened cashiers tend to be chatting to each other instead of focusing on clients and/or have bored/tired expressions on their faces. Well, it was a rainy gloomy day and the lovely cashiere lady (older in age, sorry don't recall her name) was smiling and attentive towards me (eye contact, speaking towards me, etc.). Thank you for smiling and making the day less gloomy.

Too many times it's easy to complain; however, it's nice to be told when one does well, so thank you :)

Auto service centre garage in this canadian tire is the best.
Nick should get some sort of promotion the front desk guy worked saturday is very professional and helpful does a very good job explaining everything my car needed with various examples.
He even voluntarily gave me a 50$ credit on my repairs and offered me free wipers first impression was very good.
Usually im a bit concerned about doing repairs on my new vehicle at a canadian tire but this experience made me feel different.
