They have a great collection of items but, unfortunately, there staff needs to be more attentive and customer oriented. Went there to buy a ball bearing for an air conditioner but was sent from one aisle to the other. No one took the ownership. Finally it was discovered that the don't have the item I was directed from one corner to the other. Nonetheless, they have a great stock of different products. On this visit I found the door locks very appealing.

Came here to shop for painting supplies. I want to thank the young gentleman who helped us pick the right paint for our budget. He even explained to us that there are plenty of shade of white! He even mixed some blue in our paint to achieve the purest white free of charge! Thank you for your wonderful customer service!

I bought a big compressor for work and had problems with transportation. It was quite an ordeal actually but Anna (at customer service), made my life easier and was so accommodating, until I found a solution. Her team is really great and nice ! Thank you for everything!

I always buy my building materials in the store and almost every thing you need for a house or maintenance are there. And if you’re looking for a good deal, there’s always a promotion in every month. If you’re 50 years old and older you’ll get a special promotion on every first Tuesday of the month. And plus it’s just Costco’s neighbour.

Hardware and lumber store, jr staff are useless like in similar stores. Look for the senior staff, they are very knowledgeable at this location and will go the extra miles to help you and advise you. They have a cut centre that very affordable, lumber, doors, counters and metal. They will cut everythings for you with laser precision and cleanness. I highly recommend this location if you avoid the junior employees all together

I would like to give a big thank you to the great service from Francois Precourt. I built my own gym and for 2 weeks he helped me out so much, so again thank you. I would also like to take the time to give a big huge thank you to Fadi for his professionalism and his kindness from the tile department, because for years now he has always helped me out at the store and guides me to what I need. A big, big thank you also to Patrick and Scott from the paint department, there always professional, gentlemen and they really take the time to explain me everything, thank you dearly. A big thank you to the supervisors Olga and Jean-Claude for always assuring if I am ok and if I need anything and always being professional. A big thank to Luigi from the plumping department for always taking the time to explain me everything also, likewise for Luciano at the electric department, their gentlemen and professional and kind. A big thank you to Abdel from the construction department, what a kind gentlemen. I would like to give a big big thank you to the rest of the team, Francois the tall gentlemen, Francois that just came from Paris, another gentlemen, Laurent also, another gentlemen. I am a landlord so I go to renot a lot and all these kind people really are professional, kind, super great work ethic and I hope one day the boss will read this because not every work place has great soldiers unfortunately. I am so pleased and satisfied as a customer for years now and I wanted to finally take the time to say a big 5 star thank you to all these great people, and I am sorry if I might be forgetting some names because I don't take anything for granted and I wanted to share my experience from all these years. Also to the kind people at the cash register I thank you also.
