had one pair of pants shipped from this location. they used Canada Post for transport this time around and it took one day to arrive. they delivered it to my community post box and I’m happy with the order and the condition it arrived in

This was my first visit to Mark's, and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was professional and kind and the product selection was terrific. I got a great pair of rubber boots at a reasonable price, and they will last for years. I would recommend Mark's to everyone.

Very good. M rain steal toe boots got leaked, but I didn’t find the receipt, I got exchange of a new pair!!! It’s amazing! After purchasing almost 3 months.

Alex was very helpful in finding me the right work boots.

Went to look to see what kind of Rain Coats they had in stocks. I ended up getting a Windriver Rain Coat with a Hood for $120.00. It will keep me dry now when I'm waking the dog in the rain.
Staff was really polite and respectful. I asked her if she could cut the tags off, which she did for me. GoodcService and Friendly Staff.

The manager, Alex, is the most knowledgeable, understanding and helpful manager I have ever met! I have only been in Vancouver for 18 months and I have been looking for good walking shoes. I’ve been to so many sports stores without any luck because the staff had other things to do??? I went to Mark’s at Kingsgate Mall and Alex was so helpful and considerate of my needs. He picked out the perfect shoe and he was so personable and understanding. His customer service is genuine. It is obvious that he is a great manager and role model for his staff because everyone who works there has the same skills!

I was at this location a few days ago & it was a very pleasant experience !!! The clerk that came to help me was very polite, knowledgeable & helped me select an excellent pair of hiking shoes.
After about 10 minutes I selected one of the options she had presented me . I got a good price and excellent service.

Found rubber boots l was looking for and a pair of jeans as well. Next visit is for a pair of nonslip work shoes. Rep was very helpful and respectful with all of my questions. Highly recommended and given 5 Stars for their support and service.

Today I had the pleasure of speaking with sales associate “Joaquin”, and I am beyond pleased with his customer service.
Not only did he spend plenty of time searching for a product that showed only 1 left in store, he was patient, kind, and courteous the whole time he hunted everywhere for it.
We were beyond excited when his hard work paid off and he successfully found the One and Only one left in their store or any of the locations around!!!
It was for our Daughters 19th Birthday and it was the only one she wanted so we can’t thank you enough Joaquin!

I was looking for some safety shoes then one guy reach me for helping. I was very appreciate and patiently helping customer. And also I was looking different size of shoes and he help me to make sure the other store had the other pair of shoes. I was very happy and they have great customer service.

Fantastic clothing store, with a range of work clothing and shoes / boots. Look for their specials as they often have a good selection of sale items.

They also have a few non-clothing items too (water bottles, insulated bottles).

About a month ago I purchased an expensive pair of work boots. There was a small manufacture defect and when I brought it to the attention of the store they offered a refund. Once in the store they facilitated a straight exchange no issues no worries. In and out in five minutes. Fantastic service.

I went in recently with a pair of work boots that I had purchased more than 100 days ago. The manager listened with concern to my issue and credited the amount of my boot purchase towards a new pair of boots. I was impressed by his professionalism and gesture of good will. I was also very impressed with the staff in facilitating my purchase of wonderful new work boots.

Went for a Helly Hanson waterproof jacket well priced @ $120. Then there's a 25 percent off what a deal. Better than amazon. And I got the colours that I wanted. Black for my son and ox blood for me. Need all reliable basics ? Go to Mark's. The online shopping only goes so far.

Amazing service. My dude Roger told me to come back in a couple days and he'd have a pair of new work shoes in my size for me (since they were sold out), and sure enough, I now own some new shoes that are dope, exactly what I was looking for and were 30 percent off.

I just love Mark's Work Wearhouse I don't go to this one very often but the staff were lovely and helpful. I tend to go to the one on 4th but all in all Mark's just has the best prices and when I looking for cold-weather gear this is my go-to store and when I'm looking for sweaters or even lightweight summer things I find that their sales racks never fail to please.
