I was so pleased with the service I received from the sales consultant Jake McMahon ( product advisor ) he went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car. He was very honest, professional, responsive, and gave enough time to go through the car options and feature which helped us take the decision to buy same day.

I got the 2024 Prius Prime SE. There were some hiccups with waiting for pdi, but overall I got the vehicle much faster than expected. Kudos to Raj for his professionalism and communication throughout the process.

I had an overall very good experience in this dealership. My salesmen was very good at answering every question I had, making sure that I knew everything about what it was I was buying. I talked to him for 2 hours finding out the best price with his calculator and my pen and paper. In the end, for the day of sale he came in on his day off! To help me! We both walked away satisfied with the conclusion of our deal. It has been two days since and I couldn’t think of a bad thing to write in this review. I even had my dad next to me grinding away at the price at one point and my salesman did excellent at keeping up with what we wanted.

The staff here at this Toyota location are the best! The friendliest, most helpful team I have ever seen at any business! Especially my salesman, John Lau. I bought a brand new highlander from him 10 years ago, and 10 years later his service still remains exceptional! I just purchased a used Honda Fit for my son recently from Jim Pattison Toyota (Downtown). This is my son's first car, so it was very exciting for me and my son.

Our salesperson was Raj. He was very personable and professional and made the whole buying experience easy. We also had a good experience with Herman, the Financial Services Advisor, and the insurance agent there (sorry I don't remember his name).

All in all, the whole buying experience was easy and the staff were all very professional and friendly. Customer Services is definitely top-notch at this dealership.
