They offer a good inventory of both new and used vehicles, conveniently displayed in the showroom, with additional options available in the underground parking. Antonio Principe was exceptional; he went out of his way to ensure we found the perfect vehicle. However, I would advise respecting his personal time as he's been known to answer calls even when off duty, which shows his dedication but deserves consideration. Wonderful experience buying a motorcycle from Carter Motorsports yesterday.This is the third motorcycle I have purchased from this company. In sales Joel was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Management is obviously motivated to sell machines and facilitated the whole process. Great dealership and the folks in the service department keep everything working well. Check them out. I had to take my late husband's car in for regular service. Everyone was so kind. It was easy to get the appointment at a convenient time for me. When the car was in I was kept up to date on the progress of service. Although there were a couple of extras recommended there was no pressure to have the work done immediately - which I very much appreciated! Drop off and pick up were smooth and handled efficiently.

I just purchased a 2024 Odyssey EX-L from Carter Honda and the experience was beyond my expectations. I had gone to two other dealerships prior and the experiences there compared to Carter Honda was night and day. The other two dealerships I was either treated as unimportant or straight up lied to. Carter Honda was different.

Antonio was my sales contact and he was not only very friendly but also very informative as well.

Antonio and the Used Car Manager, Justin (I hope I remembered his name correctly), provided an offer for my trade in that was 55% above what another Honda dealership offered me a few days prior. It was more than what I had expected which made it so much more easy to decide if I was going to buy or not because I didn't dwell on the offer. At the other dealership, the low offer stopped me from committing to anything. At the end of the day when most people buy cars they look at the costs. An initial fair offer upfront goes a long way in the decision making process and opens a line of communication.

The service the team at Carter Honda provided was so good that I immediately put my deposit in after the final price was settled.

The best part of working with this team was that no one was pushing overly hard on selling on the products I personally did not need. I personally HATE it when salespeople push you to make a snap decision. From the sales team to the finance manager (Madison) to the insurance broker (Harinder), they presented all the information on their products clearly and gave me ample time to decided. If I declined, they'd ask one or two more times if I'd reconsidered and that's it. This was very appreciated and I felt like I was a respected as a person and not just someone that they could make money from.

Overall I couldn't have been more happy with the service provided by the Carter Honda Team. Definitely recommend going to them if you're looking for a car.

We had the absolute best experience at Carter Honda! Went to accompany a friend that was picking up her new car and asked to see if I could do a trade in appraisal while waiting. That was the start of me getting my new CRV.

From stepping into the dealership to driving my new car home, the whole process took only two to three hours on a busy Saturday. The financial manager was excellent, and the sales advisor was friendly and helpful throughout.

I bought an outboard motor through Carter Honda. I dealt with Joel over the phone and the service was prompt and efficient. When the motor arrived (2 weeks earlier than promised) I went in and met Joel and he got it gassed, oiled and put in my vehicle in minutes. Great service and great people.

I have been bringing my 2009 CR-V to Carter Honda Service since 2012, and am always happy with the service provided. They always have an appointment when needed, their prices are reasonable and the service team are wonderful and friendly. They will ensure they have your appointment and a clear understanding of your service requests upon booking. Typically the estimates are the same, if not close to your actuals so no surprises upon picking up and paying for your service. Should they find anything upon their assessment of your vehicle they will always call to inform you and let you decide if you want to add the item to that days service, if possible. I normally book with Bill Glavas and have never had any issues with my service appointments. Thanks to the whole team at Carter Honda Service for keeping my CR-V in such good shape!

I’ve had my 2001 CRV serviced by Carter Honda twice- they do good work, and always are friendly, informative but not condescending. Once I chose to not have my car repaired, just diagnosed - they weren’t pushy whatsoever. I will likely go there again!!

Great experience overall . The car I wanted and price was great. The salesperson Pablo was fantastic to deal with very knowledgeable, not pushy, absolute pleasure. The finance and paperwork department was a little slow and seemed backed up but Pablo was there with good conversation and humor offering coffee or cappuccino . I would recommend carter overall most definitely.

Daren was so helpful throughout the process and being first car owner he made sure that everything was explained right and guided me through the process with proper updates and follow up. I love my Honda
