MUJI Robson Street

Lovely array of practical stuff. The clothing is not to my taste but the stationery section is! The sewing kit (about $6) is the best I’ve ever seen, this coming from a sewing kit collector (the scissors actually work). I love how many of the garments are made from non-ordinary wools like yak and camel; they’re really warm and they wash well.

Their stuff has zen. The simplicity brings peace somehow. We love shopping at Muji as it always has things to offer. We however have hard time finding the right cloth because it all make us look nun-like. Not their fault but we are just not suited for their clothes.

Always loved going to Muji stores when I see one! And to think that this branch is the biggest branch in all of Vancouver! Not to mention they have a robot arm barista too! How cool is that??

Today, amidst heavy snowfall, we decided to venture downtown and experience the Artly robotic Barista coffee at the Muji store. Watching and hearing the robot interact was so much fun. With a diverse menu, we effortlessly scrolled through and opted for the Dirty Matcha Latte—steamed milk, organic green tea, and espresso. The counter displayed our order details and waiting time on a screen. When ready, the robot called out our names. I thoroughly enjoyed the latte and even downloaded their app to snag discounts for my next visit. Definitely planning to return with friends.

Robot barista!!! Muji robson now has a robot barista named Jarvis. It was such a cool experience and the taro latte was sooo good! And yes, Jarvis can do latte art!

Stumbled upon this place by accident and it was exactly what I was looking for. Everything was good quality, reasonable, and comfy and I think it’s the best place for “essentials”. Variety of shirts, sweaters, pants, tights, socks… I am super impressed. And let me just rant about the prices for a minute…
When I went I got mostly clothes but they do sell a wide range of items. What exactly? I’m not sure, I was there for the amazingly comfy turtlenecks and adorable cozy socks.
If you’re looking for chic, classy day to day wear: try here! Great for office workers needing some professional, inexpensive clothes, if you need (although this was not me, I went because I wanted to up my wardrobe game a little.)

Only Muji store where I have found their famous (infamous?) fountain pens. Got to get both of them.

The staff of the sales and design teams are very knowledgeable and are always ready to help. A nice shop with great storage ideas, gadgets, fashion and household accessories.
Recently the store has added a great selection of stamps for customers to customize the notebooks purchased at the store.

Lots of nice goodies at MUJI. My husband and I, as well as our 22-year-old daughter, always find something wonderful to buy there. I especially like the kitchenalia and the natural cotton/linen bedding.

Perfect store for socks, base layers and household items. It is a bit pricey compared to dollar stores. But, what you get in return is the quality.

This is great Japanese store that recently opened on Robson Street in Vancouver. It has high quality clothing and home goods from Japan. They also have a custom embroidery shop right in the store. You can select your own clothing item and have it embroidered from a standard set of images or any custom one that you provide. If you want this as a gift, you should plan ahead because it can be very busy and take we a few days to complete (especially near the holidays). You can definitely spend hours shopping here.

I had a really good experience here while visiting Vancouver. I have been to many MUJI stores all around the world but something about this store in particular was really amazing.

The staff at this store were all very helpful, it was nice to come in and see so many people and were all willing to help. All the way to the end of my transaction, I felt so cared for by the staff. One of the employees was really amazing, I think her name was Sofia. She helped me so much when I was at the cash register for check out. Her smile and friendliness really made me feel good!

I always love the music and the smells when inside the store. The diffusers are so welcoming and I could just be in there for hours. I wish there were more products like in other countries but nonetheless, I was impressed. Out of all the MUJI stores in Canada, this one is the best.

I hope the team sees this and I hope Sofia knows how great of an employee she is! I will be back soon!

i came in the other day and was really impressed with the way a manager handled my issue. i had bought some stuff online and needed to return it. the friendly staff at the register, i think her name was Azuza, let me know that they would call for a manager to come assist me and asked very nicely if i could wait a moment. not even 10 seconds later a manager named Hyeon-Bin (감사합니다 현빈씨!) was with me. he quickly helped me and let me know about how long it will take and served me with a smile and helped me with any questions i had as well! I then a little time after got my email confirmation. i have been a customer at robson for years and i am always impressed with the staff here and their attention to detail and willingness to help customers such as Azuza and Hyeon-Bin. it pains me to see poor reviews because i know that these staff work very hard and i have had amazing experiences here!

This store is so lucky to have Jian! I've been searching for a stapleless stapler for three months, but couldn't find it at any location, despite visiting every MUJI in Vancouver. A sales associate checked the inventory and directed me to the Robson location. However, even at Robson, I couldn't find it on display. I asked Jian, and he checked the back storage, where he found it! I finally got it after a three-month journey. Thank you, Jian, for your kind, exceptional, and professional customer service!

Had to stop in and get a cup of Joe. Cool store.
