Strongly recco visiting the team at Sussex Insurance for your auto insurance needs. I recently moved from Ontario to BC, and the team here made the process super simple & easy (far easier than any other insurance company I called).

Rates are super fair, and service was very pleasant :)

Very detailed and accommodating. The ladies stayed almost an hour and a half after closing to help us sort out our car insurance and explained the policy and coverages really well. I recommend seeking their expertise for all your car insurance needs.

The staff was very helpful and kind, They actually stayed past their closing time to help getting a vehicle registered/insured, 2 staff members went out of their way (making calls to head office to make up for a car dealerships downfalls/mistakes with transfer paperwork ect.. ) to make sure I was able to walk out the office with a registered/insured vehicle, and even spent the time breaking down very specific cost differences between different options for insurance.. all their efforts were very much appreciated.

Renewed at this location and had a wonderful experience. Gary was extremely helpful and kind - the fastest renewal experience I have ever had. All of my questions were happily answered. Thank you Gary!

Great customer service, very thorough and patient. Our process went a little past their regular working hours and they didn't rush us once. I even saw them take another customer in after closing hours!

Honestly, this is the best Sussex insurance location I have been to! Those two people were really amazing!! The gentleman explained to me everything in a detailed, calm and organized way! I was very impressed and finally understood everything! I had in mind to upgrade my insurance policy and I did get some extra coverage as it was clear and detailed! I do not write reviews much but I had to this time... Caring and professional people at this location!!

Fastest most professional agents in Vancouver. Great availability and knowledgeable in every aspect of Autoplan. Gary and the team are the agents to go to when you're tired of half-hearted sit-down service.

Both staff members are amazingly efficient and knowledgeable at their jobs. Sometimes there is a wait because they are not loaded with employees, but I'm fine waiting for a competent, polite, skilled person over immediate but potentially poor service. Even the office space is a clue to their capability, it is wonderfully immaculate and organized. 5 stars all the way.

My experience to renew my auto insurance was great. They were efficient and had a very organized covid friendly set up in place. There was a ofcourse a little wait given the size of their unit but understandable given the current situation. With a little patience, everythig went smoothly.

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this location! The guy I dealt with (I think Gary? I asked for a card) was quiet but polite and very thoughtful with his service. Today was my first experience here.

He called ICBC on my behalf and let me run home to grab my forgotten blank cheque while he was on hold checking to see if I was eligible for a reduced rate. When I got back, he had gotten me more of a reduction than we both expected, and provided me the date a couple months from now when I can call ICBC and get a further discount.

After that process, he got through my paperwork quickly and was not overly pushy about selling higher coverage, although he did explain the options.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the experience, and will be going back.

I've been going to the Coquitlam branch for years but due to time constraints I had to go to this location, and I'm glad I did. Gary and Manjinder are extremely helpful and professional. They educated me while I renewed my insurance and I learned something today which if I knew ever since I started driving, would've saved me more on my insurance premiums. Gary was proactive in informing me of the new policy changes coming in May 2021 while I was waiting for my documents. Their covid protocols are great. Will definately come back

Absolutely 5-star experience. I have dealt with some brokers who rush you out the door and you will NOT find that here. Extra thanks to Manjinder, a kind lady and by far BEST broker I've met! She explained the different options, checked to ensure I was getting the best discount, and even helped me make the final decisions. Simple, easy, and all-around wonderful experience - will happily renew here next year!
