Owner is unfriendly abrupt and demeaning not only to customers but other staff. Quite an unpleasant feeling.

My dad had issues renewing his car insurance, the process took a lot longer than intended. The male employee here gave off a very unpleasant feeling and said that if all renewals took this long he would go bankrupt. Was a very uncomfortable experience and unprofessional way to deal with an unexpected issue.
