The staff was very friendly when I registered my car from out-of-country. They even pointed out that I shouldn't have been taxed on the vehicle at the border. That tip alone saved me hundreds of dollars. When I renewed this year, they were also very friendly and knowledgeable the whole renewal was done quickly by phone.

This is by far the best place to go when you have anything you need regarding your vehicle and insurance. I went to 3 other places in vancouver to register my RHD car and no one even tried to help me, I called these guys and they took care of it immediately. Thank you very much for all the time you took to make the registration happen.

I am at a loss of words for how helpful Dorothy and Vina Insurance Services have been. They have been incredibly informative, diligent and patient throughout my whole time with them. I am a client for life. They are beyond five stars and are an exemplary standard for customer service. They're always there for me and any questions that may arise. Highly recommend.

Friendly, accommodating, professional.

After being told by another insurance broker that I’d need to wait 4 days to book an appointment to register my out of province car, I called Vina and they graciously allowed me to come in without delay less than 1 hour before closing. The ladies who helped me were so kind and helpful, I felt like I was being helped by family. Best of all I had my car registered in minutes. Needless to say I will be going to Vina for all my insurance needs in the future!

Amazing experience
Came here to explore my options for car insurance on a car I was trying to sell. Was ready to buy annual but they steered me towards storage coverage supplemented by daily temp permits.

Staff was extremely knowledgeable and ensured I had the best coverage and got the best price.
