What an amazing place! Started with a friendly hello when walking through the door . The breakfast we had was quite possibly the best I have had at any restaurant in my life. Prepared with premium and homemade ingredients. Had the breakfast special of the day which was maple sausage, scrambled eggs with cheese, homemade sour dough toast and raspberry jam, freshly made refreshing salad and a unique fried potato , so GOOD , coffee was also amazing. You have to eat here!!!!

Great food. Has healthier options than most other local cafes. Amazing customer service - owners were lovely and even gave us free soup + bread! Would highly recommend and will revisit next time we are on the Sunshine Coast. Thank you very much :)

This place is so good! The owner (and baker is a passionate, friendly and very authentic guy) the food was beyond expectation, great Americanos, very very reasonably priced

The egg and bacon croissant is literally the best one I've ever had and all the baked goods were deadly!

It was a beautiful morning here, lovely place and friendly customer service. The cashier and baker warmly greeted everyone coming in and out. Foods are really good. We ordered Almond Butter Croissant, Chicken&Basil panini and Chai Latte.

Their food was simply wow! Such a pleasant surprise, so delicious. Definitely a must go at Gibson.

The owners were so friendly! They greet you before you even get in the door. The avocado toast with egg was so delicious! Cappuccino was made perfectly. Love this place!

I recommend omelette and breakfast meals. Not only brunch but also fresh bread.
You should go morning time and you can get more fresh and savory bread.

Such a great place! Stopped by with friends for a coffee and trip plan... Very glad we did! Excellent coffee, the most delicious almond croissant I've ever tasted (a touch of tangerine glaze, masterstroke!) and most of all, the warmest and friendliest welcome you could hope for. Steven gave us heaps of handy tips and ideas for our trip, and we all left with huge smiles on our faces. Highly recommended if you're looking for a great coffee in Gibsons :)

A Sheer Bliss Bakery experience is just like the name of this awesome bakery and coffee shop... sheer bliss! The staff are great. The menu is delicious and prepared perfectly. I highly recommend some of the breakfast items, and the bakery treats like the carrot cake or almond croissant. 😋

The carrot cake is a must get when here! 🥕🍰 Actually everything is. Also some delicious take away soups in the cooler! Get some!

I just can’t help but gush about my absolute favorite bakery in Gibsons! From the moment you step inside, you’re enveloped in the warmest and coziest atmosphere, making it feel like a home away from home. Every visit is like a delightful escape into a world of heavenly aromas and comforting ambiance. And the owners are always very kind and friendly, absolutely wonderful people.

The banana walnut muffin is a heavenly treat, the croissants are buttery and flaky, and the almond croissants are simply divine. And the lentil bisque? It’s out of this world! Especially with a slice of their amazing ciabatta bread.

I must confess, I have a weakness for everything they make. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality shine through in every bite. And let’s not forget about their coffee – it’s a magical potion that adds an extra layer of joy to my day.

Great prices for amazing food and coffee! Morning Glory muffin, Lemon raspberry scone and we went back for lunch - spanakopita with salad = delicious! Everything made in-house and it's really worth checking this gem of a local place out. Amazing staff too!

We're visiting from out of town and this unassuming little bakery/cafe is blowing our minds! The owner is so friendly and makes you feel at home. The selection of baked goods, pastries, breakfast, and lunch fare is amazing. We first stopped by right before closing hoping to snag a snack for the road and were overwhelmed with how good everything looked. As cinnamon bun fanatics, we selected the sticky bun. The young lady at the counter let us take our time, even though they were closing, and then offered to warm it up for us too! We're so glad she did! The sticky bun here is the most amazing cinnamon bun-esque thing we have ever eaten (and we always try the cinnamon bun/sticky bun wherever we go). The sticky sauce had almost a toffee flavour and definitely a hint of molasses. It was amazing.

We loved it so much here we had to stop by again the next morning to have the leek quiche we had eyed up the day before. Also amazing. Best pastry crust EVER! The filling was light and flavourful. Perfectly balanced with the richness of the crust. Also had the banana cream cheese walnut muffin = to die for, and got two scones to go for later. Their Umbria coffee is the cherry on top!

This place is so much more than a bakery. If you're looking for amazing food, a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff, this is the place to be!

Probably one of the best bakery’s Iv ever been to. And trust me, you’ll understand from the second you walk in. The incredible smell of baked goods and the friendly conversations with the two amazing owners - this place made me contemplate buying a house in Gibson! Oh and the paninis? The best. The carrot cake - you haven’t lived till you try it! I rarely write reviews but this place absolutely deserves all the stars!
