Just had a pedicure from Samantha J! Samantha was attentive, and I felt pampered and taken care of. Very calm atmosphere. The front staff are welcoming, and take time to answer questions.... Most important is cleanliness. Five Senses Spa is top notch with clean facilities, and ensuring client safety.

My family and I had a fantastic time at five senses. The services are amazing, I love how clean it is, the price point is fantastic. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. My facial and massage were amazing. I will definitely make an appointment at five senses every time I'm in town.

What a great find. I booked only a few days in advance. The facility is clean, and relaxing. I got a text in advance to let me know there was an event at the hall and parking could be a challenge. They gave me tips. It was great to have a heads up. They were right on time. Staff were lovely. My service provider was soft spoken. She explained the process ( I got the nourishing body scrub). I will be going back. Thanks for a great afternoon.

My visit to day was excellent. From the moment I arrived being met by a friendly smile. Then I met Michelle who did my facial and the my manicure. We had a very enjoyable time chatting and sharing. Everything was very clean and I appreciated it. Looking forward to my next visit!

I had a great experience at Five Senses Spa. Prashant gave the best bamboo massage. He listened and paid attention to all my concerns and then rolling those bamboo sticks, man did they released the tension/knots in my back!

The ladies at the front desk were also very nice and professional.

Michela was great and explained everything very well. It was my first time and not sure what to expect. She made the entire situation comfortable and explained every step. Building was clean and everyone friendly. Music a little strange for me, however I guess it's intended to be relaxing and calming. Overall experience was great and I would return again. Just like to mention that company website is what brought me into Five Senses as many other spa's do not cater to men. Thank you 5S.

This was my very first visit at this place and was amazing.
From front desk to waiting area to my appointment was just great .
I had few bad experience at diff places and was bit nervous before coming here .
The lady at front desk was great in answering my call and quires before booking the app.
After that follow ups was great ,NO CHANGE IN FORGETTING YOUR APPOINTMENT 😆
Waiting area was very neat n clean with coffee/tea/water .with nice music 🎼 going on.
2 wonderful girls helped me with manicure and pedicure .
Manicure was done by Khushneet , great experience.
Pedicure was done by Shontay , again great experience.
During my manicure the UV Lamp was not cooperating well and she has to keep changing that few times.because of this my right hand was not to my 100% expectations ..
When shontay stared my pedicure, I told my issue she was so sweet in fixing my right hand .
You both wonderful ladies , I love ur work .
I will definitely see you more often .

Aesthetics were on point🤌 It was a clean and welcoming environment. Valerie and the other young lady who did my son's junior pedicure were both very pleasant and did a lovely job. Plus, it was my husband's birthday so the signature pedicure experience was nice.I would have liked to have wifi access during the visit though, so that's my only recommendation 😏

I’ve been coming to five senses since they were at the old location and they have always done a wonderful job. My daughter and I get facials, massages and pedicures. Staff is absolutely wonderful.

The services exceeded my expectations. This is the second time I've had a spa day (the first being almost 20yrs ago) and this was by far the best one. I felt pampered the entire day and completely relaxed. I would recommend to others and treat myself to this at least once a year, if not more.

What impressed me the most was Chanel’s ability to tailor the massage to my preferences. She listened attentively and adjusted the pressure and focus areas accordingly. Her hands seemed to work magic, melting away the knots and stress. I highly recommend booking a session with Chanel. She’s not only an excellent RMT but also a warm and caring professional.

I visited 5 senses for the first time to get a lower-leg wax. All the staff were extremely pleasant and friendly! Will be back <3

Went for an anniversary spa with my wife and they treated us like royalty. Everyone was very friendly, the staff was always making sure we were okay, whether it was food drink or atmosphere. With the new renovations they have a tiny eatery. It's not fresh made food but it's nice to have little bites available. And the massages felt incredible.

We had a one hour couples massage which went smooth and the attendants were great too in their service. This place is mostly busy so finding spot can be challenging. Overall the setup is great, be it the waiting as well as the presentation of the rooms.

I went for first time for a facial at five senses and it was a great experience! The staff was friendly, the environment was soothing and calm! I enjoyed every moment of it! I would recommend this place.

Staff are fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. They provide a great service and fixed the neck pain I was experiencing. I will definitely be returning and have recommended this location to several people already.
