wow wow.. what a great community. Place is clean, organized and perfect size. this will be my GOTo whenever I am in town. Drop in sign up was super simple and honestly I wish all crossfit gym had..kudos..

True Reflection Training is a class act from the facility, to the WOD’s, and finally the amazing coaches. This is an inclusive environment, and anyone regardless of their state of fitness, will feel comfortable here. 5 stars all around !

I dropped into True Reflection while I was in the area for work, and I will definitely be back any time I am back! It was one of my best drop in experiences at a Crossfit gym. Ashley was very quick to respond to my initial email and got me all set to attend class that night. The facility itself was beautiful and functional. Great coaching and very welcoming members! Highly recommend True Reflection to anyone in the area!

This place is beyond what I could have ever imagined. You walk into the building and instantly feel refreshed and at home. The coaches there make their workouts entertaining and incredibly fun. The members quickly become family. The owners are amazing and will drop whatever it is they are doing to ensure that you are very well taken care of. True has become a second home to me. A place where I feel safe, where I feel stronger, where my confidence takes over and I feel a rush of being on fire. This place is like no other and I would HIGHLY recommend coming to try a class! (Sorry in advance for your newest addiction) ;)

This place feels like a second home to me. From the amazing/talented coaches, to the welcoming members, you can truly feel the sense of community. I'm so fortunate to have met so many amazing people because of this place. Have I mentioned all the love and cuddles my dog receives? Yes, that's right, it's a dog friendly gym! :)

True reflection training is one of the best functional fitness facilities I’ve ever been to. Not only is the space beautiful, and full of any equipment you might need, but the community and coaching is world class.

Having been to over 30 Crossfit and functional fitness gyms around the world through my travels, I can confirm that the staff here are top grade.

They put thought into their programming and cater to all fitness levels. They go out of their way to promote community make sure new members feel welcome and comfortable, and are working out safely.

No matter your fitness level, If you want to get in better shape and have fun doing it - this is the place to go.

I stopped by recently as I was travelling the east coast. True Reflection was actually not my first choice in the area as it was further from my hotel, but it well should have been. I was turned away from another gym in the area by a coach (who was in the building coaching yet didn’t answer or return my phone call) after walking nearly 7k to get there. Maybe I should have known better as it was a holiday Friday. At least, on his recommendation and VERY short on time, I cabbed to True Reflection (thanks for returning my text, Ashley!) where I was welcomed by coach Matt and given more than enough space to complete the WOD from my gym EVEN during a scheduled class. The members I interacted with were very cool and accommodating. The spirit of CrossFit is alive and well in Moncton at this gym. Thank you guys.
PS - I’m sorry I forgot to put your Echo bike back… I feel there should be a burpee penalty waiting for me should I return…

TRT is a community that welcomes all with open arms! It's a place where you can go to meet new people, challenge yourself physically and mentally, and enjoy lots of puppy snuggles!! The coaches are knowledgeable and always help when you need it. The facility is beautiful and the location is great for all the GMA.

I absolutely love this place. Before I started functional fitness/CrossFit I already had a preconceived notion of what it was going to be like and I was intimidated and sceptical… well as soon as I walked in the door that all changed.

TRT is a community and make everyone feel welcome. Yes, it’s a fitness facility but you get so much more than just a workout. I would argue that the experience and atmosphere is just as valuable as the membership itself. It’s a welcoming, warm environment where you’re greeted with a smile and a hello every single time you walk through those doors.

TRT isn’t your typical CrossFit gym. They’ve grown and adapted are are constantly changing how they do things to better suit the member community.

If you’re looking for a gym this is your place! You’ll make new friends, have lots of laughs, be challenged, experience growth and you’ll get a good workout in!

Very knowledgeable trainers, both staff and clients are super friendly and welcoming. There are class options that would likely fit with anyone's schedule and the gym space is beautiful 😊

i joined trt in may started with pumpsesh and the on August did my on ramp trainning i love the atmosphere and the friendly people i really feel like family there and its a great place you are not judge everyone is kind and respectful ❤
