Pilates By Michèle

Michèle is extremely knowledgeable and attentive to her students. I started with Michèle as a beginner. She met me where I was and quickly knew where my strengths are and where I need to focus. I look forward to our class every week; I always leave feeling strong, relaxed and energized. I wholeheartedly recommend Michèle to anyone looking to learn or evolve their Pilates practice.

My Pilates lesson with Michèle is the highlight of my week! She is an excellent teacher...very patient, respects my limits and needs, explains the techniques very well and has a great sense of humour. Most of all, I can really feel the results. Those little subtle movements have a big impact! And her studio is gorgeous!

I cannot say enough good things about Michelle and her Pilates lessons. She has a wonderful way of pushing me and getting me to challenge myself while also taking great care with me. Beautiful studio in idyllic location. The studio is fully equipped with pilates equipment. Everything you need is there.
