Geneva Gray has been absolutely outstanding in her service delivery, guidance, communication and kindness with helping my parents set up bereavement plans. She was knowledgeable, friendly and very professional throughout the process. Geneva answered all of our questions and helped us find the best fitted plan for our budget, needs and expectations. I just wanted to take a moment of appreciation for this funeral home and I wish to extend to her my sincere gratitude for everything Geneva did, and for providing us with a top notch service. I would recommend this funeral home to anybody who reads this.

My mother pass away and I called Avalon and this funeral home help my family all the way till her body was sent to Phils to be buried. Jennifer one of the staff in there is an amazing person. Being placed in the hands of the Avalon has given me an experience of losing someone a more peaceful and guiding experience that I was not expecting when losing our dear friend Dave. The staff guided us through this journey to the end with the utmost respect and professionalism. In addition to their important service as a funeral home, Avalon provides free education on wills. I spoke to John Bajwa at Avalon, who took his time to educate me on the funeral business and the importance of preparation of paperwork, including wills. No matter who you are, Avalon is ready to provide services and take into account your culture and religion when approaching this sensitive topic. I can highly recommend Avalon as a good place to start when forming a will, advanced directive or preparation for funeral services.

Staff are very compassionate kind and helpful! Mike Johanson is so empathetic and made us feel so comfortable and taken care of.

Jennifer at Avalon made the experience of planning our loved ones cremation and funeral service as smooth as possible, she provided us with detailed options and provided around the clock support. Even during the Covid19 pandemic we were able to live stream for family who couldn’t travel due to restrictions that were in place at the time. Mike and the rest of the staff have helped me take care of the arrangements for both of my grandparents. They are caring, and very helpful. Made both times as pain free as possible. They have even checked in a couple times well after everything was done.

I knew my mom's time was near so prearranged the details ahead and when she passed, Avalon looked after everything from with no hassle nor extras. It's not the time you want to deal with a lot of details and answers. Get it set before needed.

I was extremely impressed by and am very thankful for the kindness, thoughtfulness, and professionalism that I was shown. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone reading these reviews.
