Family friendly campground. We rented a spacious and very enjoyable tent side. My kids loved the bouncing pillow and the pool. A train passes close by early every morning. We could live with that. The kids were waking me up early anyway eager for another day full of adventure. Kids should not miss the wet tractor ride. It's great fun.

We have stayed twice at this campground. We were very impressed both times and definitely will be back. The huge, level, free of obstruction, and full service pull through sites are big rig friendly.

As all KOA campgrounds it is clean with nice open sites. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The sites are open but they are a good size so you don't feel on top of each other. All areas are really clean and tidy. They have a good size playground and lots of things for the kids to do, even with the restrictions of covid. There is a dog park and walk path to keep our furry friends happy. The pool is heated and well maintained. You will enjoy your stay here as we did.

Fantastic campground with great pool, amenities, and activities. Our site was spacious and private and the entire facility was very clean and well-maintained. This was our first time camping with our new pop-up tent trailer and the staff were very friendly and helpful (shout out to Rebecca and Dawn!). Highly recommend. We'll be back soon!

We have camped at many KOAs through our travels. This was by far the cleanest and nicest one to date. Amenities are great, cafe/restaurant has a great menu, pizza was delicious. Store is so well stocked for all your camping needs! Thank you Susan and Richard and your friendly staff. Would recommend this KOA !

Wonderful campground. Very clean facility with friendly knowledgeable staff. Susan and Richard go out of their way to make you feel at home and to ensure that your stay is enjoyable and safe. Always lots to do both in the campground or in the area, the Thousand Islands is a perfect place to vacation. We will be back again and again.

This is a fantastic KOA. The saltwater pool is a favorite with my kids and they also have a great menu on weekends with delicious pizza and chicken fingers. Best food I have ever had on vacation! We love this KOA and highly recommend it. It is super clean with lots to do for kids - including a dirt pit for racing remote control trucks and jumping pillows. My kids aged 6 and 9 never want to leave. We return every year multiple times.

Stayed here for labour day weekend in one of their cabins. Very clean, quiet and friendly campsite! We stayed here with our pup and loved the off leash park where they even included some pup toys and little obstacle course. We will definitely be back!

Stayed here over the labour day long weekend. Had a great time here. Staff are extremely helpful from arrival to departure. The campground is well kept and maintained, RV lots are roomy and don't feel overcrowded. Looking forward to coming back again. Cudos to the owners and KOA !

I have now stayed at the Mallorytown KOA twice. It was a quick getaway with my son. The first visit he was announcing how much he loved it after 30 minutes so I booked more visits. The second he was saying how excited he was that we could go back. The site is beyond clean and welcoming and I can't say enough about the staff. They go above and beyond to ensure you are enjoying your stay. I love that you get texts and you are able to just text any questions you may have to them. We are looking forward to our next visit in September and returning next year!

We had sooo much fun here! Staff is so welcoming, we all felt like old friends even though it was our first visit. Tons of activities planned for the whole family all weekend long. The pool with the water slide was a complete hit. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. We fully plan to make this a regular camping spot.

Awesome camping and customer service experience!
Despite the rush season and a late late night arrival, Susan (the owner) welcomed us with incredibly open arms and allowed our family to get some rest and enjoy great days of camping.
In the middle of the night, she took the time to explain all the services and activities her campground has to offer for the whole family (including home made pizza delivered to your site!).
We are very grateful and will be back without a doubt.
Thank you!

Stayed at the KOA this past weekend! A great experience...bathrooms were clean, staff was so friendly, campground was clean and well kept with different activities to do even with the social distancing. We stayed in a cabin. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning and fan were heaven! 5 stars!!! We will return!

Great place to hunker down for base camp and explore the 1000 Islands beautiful attractions.
Owners are terrific and very accommodating.
The washrooms are clean and the grounds are kept in tip top shape.
Place is a paradise for kids!(pool, fish pond, playground, rechall)
Very inviting and pleasant place to camp, let it be known that there are trains that run close by and
are frequent but coming from the city this did not bother us at all.
Cheers,
Randy & Sandy

Great experience all around, and you can see the time and effort put into upkeep as well as wonderful service by the staff. Keep up the good work, and I will definitely be back.

Fantastic as always! The site was excellent and the staff extremely helpful!
Noticed one person complain about the
water(?) It must have been from their own tank. The water here is perfectly fine and fresh. Train horn wasn't an issue, too far away to be bothersome. And who cares? It has nothing to do with the site!!
Very family oriented!! No drunk loosers ruining your nights! Will be back again! Thanks Sue and Richard!

Beautiful location with superb staff who want to make your stay pleasant and will help to do just that; very clean pool, which in the 30C+ heat was welcome; restaurant makes killer breakfast at cheap prices; and dump station was clean, clean, clean.
