Friendly and helpful staff - Who helped us when we were stuck in Cornwall due to an accident nearby in 401E. Though being a weekend, not much availability of cars, they took the effort to call individual bookings they had and was able to get something which helped me and my family to reach Montreal. I want to send out a huge thumbs up to Sarah Pacey. I needed to transport my wife from hospital after hip surgery and I needed a vehicle that she could get into and out of as easily as possible. Sara went out of her way to pull a vehicle from the system that was not transferred to their location yet. She was kind, understanding and knew exactly what I was talking about and what I needed. You cannot possibly get better service. The kindness and understanding in what was for me an extremely stressful situation was above and beyond anything I have experienced elsewhere.

My experience was great. I got the type of vehicle I requested. The service was very friendly. The price didn't matter to me my insurance was paying. I only needed the vehicle for a couple of days it was new and clean couldn't ask for better. Thanks Enterprise.

Great place to rent your car. Attendants friendly and helpful. Useful to have pick up and drop off service. Good prices and conditions of rental cars. So far pleased with the service. Have not been charged bogus extras yet. Have rented from this place multiple time.

Friendly staff. They were easy to deal with. They’ll even gone pick you up if you don’t have a ride to this location. FYI, according to their employee, enterprise pays for 3rd party liability so you just need to insure the car you are renting so if you have a credit card that includes the insurance for your rental, you won’t pay a dime for that service.

Had rentals from here a couple of times now. Both Britney and Matt were extremely helpful and made things quick and simple even when the location was very busy. 5/5 stars. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs a rental vehicle. Thanks again!

I moved to Cornwall two years ago, rented from Enterprise there several times and the service has been outstanding each and every time.
Actually deserve a six star rating to reflect their over and above expectations service.
